Do not ever book accommodation here! We booked a room with a queen bed for 1 night and this was what was advertised. The next picture is what we got and it was only a double bed for two adults and a child. There wasn’t even a quilt provided, just a sheet and a thin brown blanket. When I tried to speak to someone at the front office in the morning, before we left, the office was shut even though it was supposed to be open. As we arrived late the night before we didn’t have a chance to speak with anyone. Absolutely appalling!!!!!!!!!!!

Convenient location. The exterior didn’t fill me with hope but was pleasantly surprised with the interior. Modern amenities, updated bathroom. Bed was quite firm. The customer service at the front counter was great and friendly.

Average motel accommodation, looking tired and in need of a room reno. Rooms have been given a lick and a promise in the way of cleaning for months so much build up of fluff and lack of care. Room was $180 for dust . Shower dribbles water sparingly so unpleasant experience difficult to mix temps. Bed was super comfy , great linen and pillows and electric blanket was a bonus to use as it was a cold night. Rev ac worked well. Room had kettle and toaster which was great.

Had 3 nights that I had purchased on Travel Auctions. Had the opportunity to pay more and have one of the super upgraded rooms, however I happen to like Retro 70's and I wasn't disappointed. Big room with super comfy bed and pillows. Room and bathroom really clean. To my surprise there was a small kitchenette with a microwave and plates and cutlery which I found very handy.
Very friendly and welcoming staff at reception

Loved staying in your #1 room. Kat you made our stay feel like we were with family. Thank you for having us and having such a great standard in your rooms.

Be very careful which room you book as there is a large difference between refurbished rooms at the back vs rooms at the front. Most of the photos on google and positive ratings appear to be from refurbished rooms. Rooms offered at the front are old, basic but at least the floors were clean.

Perfect refurbished room. Spotlessly clean, well set out with good storage and very comfortable bed. Host was lovely and very helpful. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be happy to stay here again.

Lovely place run by very welcoming people. They were very helpful and flexible when our car broke down. They even brought us to the bus terminal with all our luggage early in the morning.

The rooms are very nice, spacious and clean. Also the shower is great.
Would definitely recommend!
