Best night’s sleep ever. Bed so comfortable!
Very roomy accomodation
Lovely hosts.
The owners were very friendly and accommodating. It is close to everything in the main city area. Nice walking track along the old railway line. The room is old but visually clean and tidy, I think it has been awhile since the whole room has been cleaned thought. Plenty of hot water and the beds are reasonably comfortable.
Best features were location, affordable, Smart TV, WiFi, microwave, crockery and cutlery.
Good location, easy access with plenty of parking. Supermarket, pubs and food close by. Rooms basic and a little bit noisy but very clean. Well appointed with toiletries and iron. Surprisingly good, friendly service. Well recommended.

Very handy/ convenient location that’s for sure. The Units are old and dated. Clean enough but, very “basic”. OK for maybe an overnight stay but certainly not for a n “extended “ stay. Rooms are small with everything in there. Except the bathroom of course. Reminded me of “single man’s accommodation in a mining dorm.

The room had been sprayed with air freshener that almost chocked me, once the smell subsidised the wiff of urine came through. We could hear the person next door through the walls going to the toilet! Too much noise, smelly room but close to all amenities in town. Easy walk to main street.
Excellent motel providing everything you needed for a short stay. Thank goodness for the soap as I forgot mine. The lemon and strawberry biscuits were a nice touch as was the carton of milk we were given at reception, the box of Tissues and all the crockery and cutlery you need. We'll done Grsnd Central would defo recommend
The room was super clean and spacious with a great shower. Very central to everything in town. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Restaurant was nice and cosy, waitress was fantastic. Had a great Cape Jaffa Chardy however both myself and hubby had the seafood platter at $48 each and it was greasy, the oil was old it was like eating dirty fish and chips. We both felt so heavy in the stomach it was a huge disappointment. Wish I went to Zamberos across the road. Would not eat here again!

My partner and I dined here, I ordered the seafood platter the only decent part was the battered whiting, the squid was dry and lacked flavour, the bacon had hardly even been cooked and the rest of the items were tasteless and dry. The drinks and meals are extremely overpriced for what's basically a bistro meal. Wasn't offered any sort of compensation only to be told the chef had sent out the same meal to other tables and not received any other complaints. Left feeling extremely disappointed.

The food was ok a notch above your standard pub fare but only just.. it was pretty cold and empty inside the night we were in and we struggled to get service..

Love their steaks and the complimentary bread with dipping oil and crunchy bits is great. Going back to try out the seafood platter.
