Clean and comfortable for overnight stay. Washing machine and free parking. All good. Thank you.

We had arranged a late check out at 11 am. The cleaning guy came at 10.30 am and said we GET OUT in 5 minutes. When we tried to explain him that we have late check out till 11 am, he became abusive, loud with harassment behaviour and wild.
We left as quick as possible because he looked dangerous. We are big travelers and we have never experienced such a harsh incident. It was very traumatic experience and wouldn’t like any one to go through this. We rang the company and explained what just happened and they said it will be taken to the higher management and will update us. Will be waiting to hear back.

Pleasant stay
Pleasant stay in an older style Unit No:3.
Spacious Unit with comfortable recliner chairs. Bed and bedding were very good. The shower head was not good, needs fixing. Hot water was good. Plenty of bench space in the well equipped Kitchen. Very quiet area, with an easy walk to the Main Street.

Great location, nearby to supermarket and food options. Room is nice and comes with washing machine and dryer! Except the place is dusty and not very well cleaned.

Fish was not flake. Chips weren't fresh cut, but frozen. Considering how busy it was, I expected better quality.

Ordered by phone to take over to the beach. Ready on time. Cooked beautifully to our requirements. A little bit of salt and lots of lemon. Large portion and very friendly staff.

Middle of holiday season and store was busy and still the service was prompt perfect flake nice thin batter plenty of chips could only get through half with three adults pigging out

Incredibly disappointing. Had to wait an hour for a very poor entree, being garlic bread that i could have gotten from coles and Kilpatrick oysters which were cold and obviously not fresh. Then had to wait another half an hour for most of the main meals to be served after we had complained to the servers that people who arived after us were being served their meals.The whole time the servers ignored us and the fact that we didn't have our meals. It was such a shame as when we got served our meals the food was really nice, though i would not recommend this place at all.

We have eaten at Pinocchio’s several times over the last decade - friendly service, great atmosphere and a wonderful meal, my favourite place to eat in Lakes Entrance and the Veal Saltimbocco Is the best I have ever eaten...

Food was nothing short of INCREDIBLE. I had the avocado chicken and will be going back to try out the rest of the menu. Service was prompt and friendly. Couldn't ask for more. Very happy customer.
