Arranged quite well.

The dishes in our room were filthy, we ended up having to buy new batteries for the TV remote because the ones in it were flat, we had to call for towels as they were forgotten by house keeping. The lady we spoke to who was working was lovely and the location was pretty good if you don’t want to be in the hustle and bustle of the main ***** of Lakes. View was stunning and very close to the pub for meals which was extremely convenient! If it was cleaner and the room more organised it would have been a whole lot better!

I recently stayed at this ocean views lakes entrance hotel, and while the overall experience was comfortable, there were a few issues that definitely stood out.

The room itself was spacious and well-lit, which made the stay quite pleasant. The bed was comfortable, and the overall ambiance was relaxing. However, there were some cleanliness concerns that left me disappointed. I found dead cockroaches in the room, which is a huge turn-off and really affected my comfort level.

Additionally, the room was lacking some basic amenities. There were limited pieces of cutlery, which made it inconvenient if I wanted to grab a quick snack or enjoy room service. I also noticed that there were no toiletries provided, which was surprising. To make matters worse, the shower gel in the bathroom was completely empty.

Overall, the hotel has potential, but attention to cleanliness and better maintenance of in-room amenities would significantly improve the guest experience. Wouldn’t consider returning unless these issues are addressed.

Basic but clean and comfortable.
Water hot and bed comfortable.
Perfect views and drive to jetty.
All in all we had a great start...

For this price, can not ask more. Just be aware, before 00am, might still a bit noisy due to car passing by. Generally all good.

We stayed for a night on the way to Melbourne. Reasonably priced and a decent place for our family of six.
