I have travelled a lot around Austria and Germany and this is by far the best experience I have had anywhere! My friends and I stayed at Pension Ria to attend a friends wedding in Klagenfurt and we were very well looked after. The breakfast in the morning was just what we needed to start a busy day of events. The hosts were delightful and speak both English and German fluently. The room was very comfortable and clean. The service at Pension Ria was impeccable and I would definitely stay there again. This is the place to stay if you want a warm, welcoming and comfortable stay on the Worthensee.

Great place alternative to the big expensive hotels in the town and the Wörthersee. Very homely environment, great hosts and service (this is the highlight). The rooms and common areas were always clean and the room was cleaned daily. Plus, there is a generous breakfast. I also borrowed one of their bikes for the day, no charge. I highly recommend the place.
