at first rooms had a very strong smell, we requested to change it and they said we don't have more rooms and you will have to pay more, and when we refused, out of no where, 2 more single rooms were available

Driving is not recommended if you don't have a car, although it's very close to the lake and the miniature world. The lack of tea and coffee service inside, even in the lobby, was quite disappointing. The swimming pool was nice, but the sauna was so-so.

We’re British travellers and have just had a fantastic week skiing at the Pulverer Hotel. I guess we arrived too late, the guy at the front desk was too lazy to pay attention to us and arranged a disabled room? But it is really big, with a super large balcony and complete facilities. It is barely good.

Ibis is a good choice for hotels when traveling abroad; the price, service, and environment are all good. It's not far from Klagenfurt train station; you can take a bus or walk there.

Ok for a night The rooms are a lot smaller than they show on the pictures, the bed and pillows are so uncomfortable, be prepared during busy times to wait for the one elevator they have.

The hotel is conveniently located, clean, and the family rooms are spacious. The restaurant and bar downstairs are also very good. It's very close to Klagenfurt city center; you can explore it in about 20 minutes. Lake Wörthersee, about 15 kilometers away, is beautiful with crystal-clear water.

Now our favorite spot in Klagenfurt! We're already looking forward to the next time (especially from March 1st, 2026 onwards with the WestBahn 😊). It was a real treat...

Spent amazing 3 nights at the thermen resort. Reception staff was extremely helpful in providing free train service card, directions for free laundry within the hotel. Apart from the wonderful sauna and infrared cabins to use, the amazing surprise was the restaurant in the next door hotel serving avocado vegan samosas(mouthwatering).

This was a very quick stop of two night we enjoy the nice facility and the great customer service and the sport activities that you can have .

We had an amazing time here. We planned it for 5 days but our daughter got really sick and had to leave earlier. The staff empathy, attentiveness, helpfulness was incredible. Hotel is really great if you're going skiing with small kids for the first time. They have small magic carpet in front of the hotel, but since there was no snow when we were there, hotel offers minivan transfers to close locations which was a life savior for us since the hotel is up the hill. We spent Christmas with our family and friends at this lovely hotel and had a fantastic stay. The Hotel and the staff was great. We have been on a family ski trip, and it was perfect for all of us. My daughter is lactose intolerant, but the Chef helped her every day, and made special dishes for her. The Hotel Staff was very nice and very friendly. We had a very nice prolonged weekend in the Balance hotel. Staff very fiendly, professional. Rooms spacous, great breakfast - loved salmon and prosecco, which brings all the experience on the higher level. Spa is amazing, big with nice pools (one with seawater).
