Hotels in Schruns

I felt the hotel as a whole was absolutely fantastic. The welcoming and service by the staff was efficient and professional. Checking in online is the way to go! However, the rooms do require the window open as the rooms are soundproof. So if you have asthma bare that in mind. Overall, fanatic and would go there again.

Welcoming checking. Great breakfast. Quiet surroundings.

Mountains impressive. Staff and food wonderfull!!

Nice rooms , good staff , good breakfast spread and wonderful location

Great place that offers an all inclusive stay People where amazing. Helpful and well informed. Your establishment reminds me of a club med type of stay. Lots to do and the food was very good . Only little dislike: The central air conditioning was noisy

Good quality hotel, just don't expect much in terms of atmosphere. Breakfast very good, albeit insanely busy at peak times. Would be nice to have a balcony. The lido next door can be noisy. Overall a pleasant stay

Excellent food for breakfast, coffee in the afternoon and dinner! Great, nice and helpful personnel. Clean and convenient facilities. We had a wonderful stay! Not even speaking about the spa and sport area.

This was a true experience and a definite delightful weekend for me and my partner. Even when booking, all of our wishes we’re handled professionally and rapidly. When we arrived the welcome was delightful and the check in easygoing. The Room we were lucky to be bedded, with the View towards the mountains was breathtaking. Especially during sunset! The room sevice was professional and ridiculously...

I was here in 2005 before the huge hotel extension and the pool was at that time adequate for the amount of guests. The today double client capacity with no extension or relation or a new pool makes, what used to be a great relaxing moment, a very noisy environment with kids jumping and screaming. This should be managed differently in a 4* Hotel. Kids should be allowed to have fu. But within dedicated...

A really outstanding hotel with excellent food, an extensive spa/wellness area and a pool large enough to do laps, inside or outside. The common areas are expansive so even if the weather isn't ideal, there is lots to do inside. Hotel organises hikes and is right next to the main cable in Schruns.

The Löwen Hotel Montafon was beautiful and very, very nice! Set in the beautiful town of Schruns, it had all of the amenities one would need. Perfect stay and friendly, helpful staff!

This is our favorite hotel, and we visit almost every season for a few days. Our beloved Schruns would not be the same without staying here. We love absolutely everything about this place. The staff is amazing, the rooms are cozy, even the standard comfort room feels warm and inviting with its beautiful wooden interior. The management is always excellent. They remember you, they truly care, and after...

Hotel is very nicely designed & arranged - reception staff is very friendly. Very nice breakfast. Great spa/pool area. Restaurant food & service very good. Nice kids game area. Bus connections in front of the hotel to ski station lifts. Improvement suggestion: please open the spa/swimming pool area for kids not from 14.00 to 16.00, as most of them are skiing at this time - but from 16.00 to 18.3...

Everything was top of the line and well done. Clean rooms, delicious menu and attentive staff!

We were really happy with our stay here. Service was great, so was the spa. Gym is very well equiped and very clean. The food was very good. Breakfast, lunch but especially dinner! Appreciated the fact that there a two spa sections, both very big and clean.

This hotel is about 10-15 minutes by foot from the town center and trainstation. There is a bus station / public transportation access in front of the property. The service from check-in to the restaurant and other staff is impeccable- great hospitality. The breakfast buffet offers a huge variety of food choices, the a la cart restaurant serves high quality local flavor dishes. Schruns is in the valley...

The experience at the Alpenhotel Montafon was relaxing and beautiful. The building has been recently built and renovated for the old part with a really nice spa and pool as well as a nice garden. Everything was perfect and up to standard, apart from the dinner in my opinion. I believe the chef needs to find some harmony into the dishes. Many things we have tasted had either too much salt or too little...

We spent 3 days here for a wedding. This hotel is absolutely awesome. Modern facilities, great accommodations, very cozy and very clean. The pools and sauna are very nice. Excellent buffet with lots of variety and great staff. The location is excellent for access to Gondola's and other infrastructure. The train station is a 20 minute walk.

A perfect winter ski holiday: lift nearby, wonderful wellness, and a beautiful, comfortable room. We’ll definitely be back. Thx

Christophe de Royer Great location, hotel, facilities, service and food. Some of the best Austrian food I‘ve had so far. They were so accommodating with our 2-year old daughter, will come back!

I stayed here for one night in a single room with a shared bathroom. I was arriving to Schruns late and wanted a hotel that was walking distance from the train station since I wasn't sure there would be taxis. Sure enough there weren't any taxis so I am really grateful that this hotel was a really short walk from the train station. I was really comfortable. The room was warm, the bed was comfortable...

Just went there for dinner. Cute and quaint place with good food.

We have made the Hotel Montafoner Hof in Austria our cherished annual holiday tradition. We’ve been returning year after year from New York City with our two young children, and it’s hands down our favorite ski destination. The warmth and family-friendly atmosphere of the hotel is truly exceptional. Each time we leave, our kids are already counting down to our next visit. The food is superb, the service...

I stayed here with my family during the week of February 12th, Carnival time. Lovely hotel, great facilities, good restaurant, and hospitable. Most notably: a team of people ensuring you enjoy your vacation. Exceeded expectations. We will definitely return.

Lots of nice detail in the furnishings, everything needed in the room, lots of places to sit and hang out inside and outside, good food, great bread, very friendly staff, great recommendations for activities, nice pool.

Highly recommended - if you like authentic Austrian atmosphere and great hospitality, then this is the right place. Their mountain houses are really great as well and decorated with a lot of love. We come back several times a year and that is not for nothing!

We enjoyed a lovely weekend here. The staff are amazing- always friendly and helpful. The quality and variety of food offered in the restaurant is first-class and beautifully presented. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the wellness area well-equipped and spotless. We will definitely be returning! Thank you for a lovely stay!

This hotel was a great place to stay. I got upgraded twice and enjoyed swimming in the indoor and outdoor pool and relaxing in the hot tub.

We ate at the restaurant and it was delicious. The portions were generous and it was reasonably priced. We come every year we are here and will continue to in the future as well . Our server was fantastic!

Stayed one night at the single room it was tiny but as advertised. However everything was clean and the room had everything you expect from a hotel. Free slippers, breakfast , TV etc. WiFi was great on level 3 but ground level where reception is WiFi was not working. The staff were accommodating with check in/check out requests.

Rustic Austrian charm. really great staff. delicious breakfast.

Great, affordable food. Nice staff. Highly recommended. After our meal, we were offered a house-made dessert... On the house!

Went dining in the hotelrestaurant, the guestroom was cosy and lovely decorated. The menu is modern but they also serve austrian and local classics. The schintzel tasted like my mum cooked it 😊

Wonderful place. Superb breakfast, speckles views.

Clean and spacious rooms. Good value for money. Location is ideal for visiting Schruns. Very fresh and elaborated breakfast. I liked that there was a beer fridge in the lobby.

The price is perfect for what you get. Good and clean rooms that are well sized. Good breakfast and nice staff. 15 minutes walk to the centre of Schruns, right next door a supermarket, a bar and a few restaurants as well.

I chose this hotel because, to be honest, it was the cheapest in the area. But what was offered here in terms of friendliness, cleanliness and a familiar atmosphere from the very first second was exceeded by the kitchen. Every day a five-course menu with so much emphasis on quality, taste and appearance that one can only congratulate such a house to the whole team. I am completely enthusiastic and...

Amazing family run hotel. Amenities are more 4/5 star. Rooms are spotless and have everything you need plus a fabulous view. The staff are fabulous and friendly. Spa, infrared cabin, foot spa, sauna, swimming pool. Bus stops directly outside the hotel to ski lifts and into town and rail/bus station. Supermarket 2 mins walk away. Inter sport 2 mins away. We look forward to returning year after year...

Rating only to the kitchen/restaurant. Beautiful and imaginative decoration. Glasses and cutlery, etc. are also admirable. Relaxed music and overall great atmosphere. The waiter was very friendly and my order was taken within minutes. However, the wait for the food to arrive was a little longer than average. The food was very enjoyable and the portions reasonable. All in all a good stay and I am satisfied

We had a great stay! The hotel was right next to a bus stop which takes you right to the ski lifts. The breakfast and dinner were fantastic! The sauna was also exceptional after a long day of skiing.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sporthotel Sonne for three days from August 12 to 15, 2023, and we very thank the staff for their welcome and the quality of the service.

Very good service. Help in organization for tourists. Rooms clean and tidy. Beautiful and well-kept swimming pool. Very tasty food. Very close to the store. The owners of the hotel were very nice and helpful. I will definitely come there again. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Quaint hotel with warm friendly staff and amazing food! I definitely recommend it

Great value for money. Swimming pool, Sauna are excellent. I staid half-board and did not need lunch despite extensive skiing ! Was there 5 days this week with my wife and 5-year daughter and everybody was very happy with the place and the personnel.

Nice family room, but very inexperienced staff. Grill restaurant was really nice, great local steaks. Not good! Not Bad!

Amrai was a mixed bag for us. The booking experience with Vivien was great and very friendly and flexible. We went with high hopes. The rooms are wonderful. We shared a family suite and it was great space, big kitchen and had a cozy fireplace. But this is about it. The big downside here is the service. We arrived on Christmas eve to a non heated room. Heating was turned off and window open with 1...

We had a wonderful stay at the Amrai. The food was excellent, with plenty of choice and high quality throughout our stay. The beds were extremely comfortable. The room offered a lot of comfort and the balcony was really nice in the sun, even in winter. The spa was truly outstanding, unlike anything we have experienced in a hotel before. We also really appreciated the variety of activities that were...

We were traveling through the Montafon region for a hiking trip in the Austrian Alps and chose Schruns for its strategic location. We did not expect to find such a high-end hotel and were pleasantly surprised from the moment we arrived. The entire experience was perfect. The hotel building itself is unique and beautifully designed, with a blend of modern style and traditional Alpine charm that carries...

Summary: A mixed experience in beautiful surroundings. Great facilities and location held back by service issues that could easily be addressed with better staff training and adequate staffing levels. Details: We recently spent a week at this hotel with our family, and while there were some wonderful highlights, the experience was unfortunately marred by service issues that prevented it from being...

Modern luxury in the heart of Montafon Luxurious and modern. Beautiful rooms and absolutely stunning spa (still dreaming of the spa a month later!). Lovely tranquil ambience. Great breakfast. Very convenient short walk (5 mins) to train station, town centre and busses to slopes.
