Hotel is very nicely designed & arranged - reception staff is very friendly. Very nice breakfast. Great spa/pool area. Restaurant food & service very good. Nice kids game area. Bus connections in front of the hotel to ski station lifts.

Improvement suggestion: please open the spa/swimming pool area for kids not from 14.00 to 16.00, as most of them are skiing at this time - but from 16.00 to 18.30 as @ that time kids are all back from skiing and want to jump in the pool.

We were really happy with our stay here. Service was great, so was the spa. Gym is very well equiped and very clean. The food was very good. Breakfast, lunch but especially dinner! Appreciated the fact that there a two spa sections, both very big and clean.

This hotel is about 10-15 minutes by foot from the town center and trainstation. There is a bus station / public transportation access in front of the property. The service from check-in to the restaurant and other staff is impeccable- great hospitality. The breakfast buffet offers a huge variety of food choices, the a la cart restaurant serves high quality local flavor dishes. Schruns is in the valley, the views into the surrounding mountain area is stunning. Within walking distance to cable trains to reach some mountain peaks. Great location for skiing, hiking or walking. This hotel has a full spa area, also a family friendly spa. My room was modern, clean and spacious- only miss the availability of an in room coffee maker. A top bathroom and shower area, plenty of space for personal toiletries. Overall enjoyed a multi day stay which was relaxing and rejuvenating. If in the Montafon and Schruns area, you‘ll enjoy your stay at the Alpenhotel Montafon.

The experience at the Alpenhotel Montafon was relaxing and beautiful. The building has been recently built and renovated for the old part with a really nice spa and pool as well as a nice garden.

Everything was perfect and up to standard, apart from the dinner in my opinion. I believe the chef needs to find some harmony into the dishes. Many things we have tasted had either too much salt or too little, and this was happening only with innovative dishes. Follow your tradition and dishes, those were really good! Shoutout to the pastry chef! Desserts were always great. Service time was also a bit prolonged…2h for 3 dishes is way too much.

Service was ok. I was expecting a bit more care in some instances: at our arrival no one asked us if we needed help with luggage and we had to specifically ask for the ski room access. The ski room is actually a sauna, since the heating was turned on all day long and it made the room incredibly hot. Given the level of the hotel we were also expecting a quick room turnaround while we were at dinner…this is actually standard in 4s/5 stars hotels. Additionally, you should offer garage parking for free to every guest.

The sauna is incredibly hot as well. It is impossible to lay down on the wooden bench with towels. I had to leave after a couple minutes.

We spent 3 days here for a wedding. This hotel is absolutely awesome. Modern facilities, great accommodations, very cozy and very clean. The pools and sauna are very
nice. Excellent buffet with lots of variety and great staff. The location is excellent for access to Gondola's and other infrastructure. The train station is a 20 minute walk.
