A lovely hotel nestled on a small hill above Seelos downtown. A short walk takes you to the city center, and there are lots of walking trails in Seefeld itself. It was very quiet during our stay, the bartenders and other staff were very friendly and breakfast was delicious. The room was comfortable and spacious, and had a beautiful view. I look forward to staying here again.

We last stayed at Hotel Central in 2007. This return visit was long overdue. I can only praise the hotel. Everything about it is wonderful, especially the owners and the helpful and friendly staff. We won’t leave it until 2043 to visit again !!

We have been in Seefeld for a few days with some friends from the near Innsbruck. After some days eating only Austria typical food I felt the need to eat something of Italy(good but specially healthy). I ask it about to local people living at Seefeld and they recommend me the hocheder. IT WAS WONDERFULL. Here my friends eat Austria food an I can finally eat Italian food. All are satisfied. TOP

The only hotel on this trip that actually was pet friendly (as in: you didn’t have to pay a considerable amount extra just to hide the existance of the dog). This hotel gives an old vintage ambience with beautiful dim lights and heritage furniture. The rooms were huge with balcony provided great views. The bathroom was clean and provided with all the amenities. The breakfast buffet was very bad with very less options.

Having spent a week here to go cross country skiing, it is a wonderful hotel. The staff were great throughout. the building has a lovely character and feel to it. A very welcoming hotel with everything for the whole family. It has a children's play area which many hotels in Seefeld don't have. We have returned to this hotel for the second year and plan to return with our wider family next year.

We've been going to Seefeld area for a number of years, this was the first time at Charlotte Landhaus and we must say it is perfect: well located, comfortable, big, well equipped, quiet (private street with one access only) and Christine - the landlady - is super helpful, accommodating and incredibly fast in communications

Everything was very clean and Christine made sure everything was arranged and was available for questions. During the reservation process the response was very quick.
