The hotel is very much customer focused and makes sure you are at ease all the time . The amenities are good . The food is amazing. Even the personnel takes extra care to make sure your whole experience in Sölden is really pleasant.

We are a family of four and we booked a room in this hotel for a weekend in August. The room we received (404b) was a big surprise - it was very big, with a separate bedroom for the parents, a balcony and lots of space. The pool and wellness area were fantastic - the opening hours for the pool could be a bit extended as we found 8:00 pm a bit too early to close. The breakfast was good - the breakfast...

Bed size Ok clean beds were on the small size so couldn’t lay straight in bed, bit like being in a cot

Family Christmas ski trip! We have just returned from a really fantastic stay at the Riders In. The hotel was brilliant. Great rooms, comfortable beds and lovely to have a balcony to sit out on. The hotel was beautifully clean and ALL of our meals were delicious. Our stay was made even better by Eva and Betty. Lovely place and lovely people.

Called in on our way past to see if there were rooms available. Receptionist was very helpful and accommodating. We checked in without any issue. Want to say how lovely the reception was to two tired bikers. Thank you Enes Room is big with a sofa bed to accommodate families. We stayed 5 days in Gästeheim Prantl with our ski club (15 kids and 4 adults) in two large apartments. Great location (5min walk away from Giggijochbahn), cozy rooms, very well equipped apartment kitchen, great breakfast, well equipped ski room with enough skiboot dryers and space for ski service, and ever-present smile and helpfulness of Elfi Prantl (the owner) made our stay.

Really enjoyed our stay here (a week during January). The apartments we had were clean and tidy. There are some nice facilities such as a sauna and a steam cabin. The building is located on walking distance from the village center.

Everything was great - I really appreciate the place of the house - near to the centre but on the calm place. Very comfortable bed. Very tasty breakfast. The house was clean. Enough places for parking. The summer card for the stay is a great benefit - we could really enjoy our stay in the Oetzal area. I just want to say you THANKS - it was great at yours.

Mrs Prantl is a very helpful and friendly b&b host, great breakfast, big balcony (good for relaxing with a drink after hard walk/ride and for drying wet gear etc), very clean, sauna. Room size maybe not quite as generous as we've got used to in the Tyrol, but still good by British standards

Definitely the best choice for a stay in Sölden! Stylish and spacious apartments with excellent amenities offer maximum comfort and breathtaking views. Really nice apartment! Small gym but good enough to train for an hour a day. Wellness included. Friendly personnel. When we arrived there was a problem with the wellness for two days but they gave us a voucher for another wellness in Sölden, perfect solution! Top

Friendly and accommodating staff, with lovely apartments for a good price! Would recommend staying here in the winter season when all gondola lifts are open, otherwise slightly out of the center when these lifts are closed.

Very nice experience A bit outside the town... but GOOD. A taxi from the tiwn is about 12€, and you're out of the noisy part of the town 👍

Good location as you can just ski down to the ski lift. Super friendly staff, breakfast was good, room was pretty decent, bathroom was better than I had expected for the money (it had a really nice shower and was modern). Would recommend.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Can't fault it. Bit of a hill to climb from the main town and even that doesn't detract from it.

We come every year for a week of skiing, have stayed in different apartments of varying sizes with different family groups, and are always thrilled: beautifully furnished, spacious apartments, very clean, ideal location, good parking right at the house, and a very friendly landlady! We'll be back!

We were there for about a week and a half. We had a great time there! The apartment was awesome. It was very clean, nice, well decorated and very comfortable. The whole building was also very tastefully decorated. Mrs Rimml is very friendly and helpful! Highly recommended place to stay.

House with a very nice view and location: a few minutes away from the cable carts and lots of restaurants. The owner was very sweet and helpful. Breakfast is a typical Austrian breakfast with everything you need. Very quiet at night and amazing beds!

The house Fidelis Riml is highly recommended! The rooms are modern and you feel very comfortable. The very extensive breakfast is lovingly prepared. Value for money is just great! We felt very comfortable and had a wonderful holiday. Thanks for that :)

Summer 2022: -Neat rooms that are super (!) clean. -Centre and various lifts are easily accessible. -We used the Summer Card which gave us access to all lifts in the Ozttal. -Nice hostess who always asks how you are doing. She gives great tips and you chat away with her in no time :) -You can book separate rooms but also a kitchen. We were 2 couples, each with a private room with shower and a shared...

House owners make sure you feel comfortable, while staying in. The rooms were clean & fresh, the breakfast was good. The only con was a lack of payment options, one has to plan that in advance: it's cash only and ATMs in the town might have a low daily limit basis.
