Very quiet at night and amazing beds!
The only con was a lack of payment options, one has to plan that in advance: it's cash only and ATMs in the town might have a low daily limit basis.
The rooms are modern and you feel very comfortable.
The very extensive breakfast is lovingly prepared.
Value for money is just great!

-Neat rooms that are super (!) clean.
-Centre and various lifts are easily accessible.
-We used the Summer Card which gave us access to all lifts in the Ozttal.
-Nice hostess who always asks how you are doing. She gives great tips and you chat away with her in no time :)
-You can book separate rooms but also a kitchen. We were 2 couples, each with a private room with shower and a shared dining/cooking area. Good construction that works well!
