Lovely hotel and spa. Really helpful reception. Enjoy our evening meal at the restaurant. Tasty, large portios and reasonably priced. The spa treatment was exceptional and included a scrup, massage, soap, facial, sauna with scented oils and final wash. Parking available. A gym and pool also onsite.

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The room smelt like body odour, and was clearly in desperate need of some TLC. The "gym" was dirty, with most of the equipment either broken or rusting, and no air-conditioning. The pool, which we had hoped to enjoy, was completely overrun with school groups and locals, making it impossible to use. Overall, the property fell well below expectations and we would not return.

The room is okay, the breakfast is alright, nothing to crazy though. The service is good and kind, so no problems whatsoever.
But the "& Spa" is just a joke. One tiny little sauna that is not really hot. No relax area at all. Showers are super basic.
The gym is half broken. Only some dumbbells and one barbell work.
Opens all only after 5pm....

Breakfast is not good as there is not much of a selection. The eggs were overcooked. Ask for a receipt when you pay. Be careful of tour operators that will swindle you and ask you to pay exorbitant rates, for example, double the daily rate.

You sure get a good impression walking into the lobby with the white grand piano in the center. The proprietor insisted that all the rooms were the same size but that's just not the case. The first room they gave me had something blocking the window so I asked to switch to a room with a view and the two alternate rooms I was shown were smaller. Like a three-star rating implies, it was okay, but with a superior breakfast. They offer a big indoor pool with just the right water temperature but I didn't swim.

The hotel is a bit far from Sheki but the rooms are big and the staff is very friendly. They do not speak English but tried their best which we very much appreciated. The hotel was clean, and the rate included the breakfast. The breakfast was very basic, but the dinner made up for everything. The dinner was really delicious with really nice dishes made with love. We had a very good night sleep and could visit Sheki on the next day. The hotel also has spa, sauna, and a swimming pool but we did not use them. We can recommend this hotel for a short stay in Sheki. Thank you 😊

Poorly maintained hotel , not that clean. Rooms are very small , location is also quite poor and claustrophobic . Staff is not professional, they forgot to collect charges for spa at the time of check out, and then sent a guy on taxi to collect bill. And charged the taxi fare from me.

Very cosy hotel! Staff is hospitable! Nice spa and sauna! It has a parking garage which is great if you travel in cold and snowy weather. Hope you will enjoy your travel in Sheki! Cheers

Well, to say... Lift or no ramp at a fairly steep staircase . Shower leaks on the floor of the swamp. The lighting in the room for moles, very dim and fuzzy. Of a mattress sticking out of the spring. On the nightstand there is a lamp but no socket, it is simply a masterpiece. There are bathrobes, but they are very hard, like sandpaper, towels too.
Breakfast very poor, coffee bags, no cereal, no scrambled eggs.
Wi-fi normal.
But there is a white piano in the lobby, and beefy masseur.
