We had a great family stay here. The location is beautiful, the hotel feels calm, and everything is well-kept. A real five star feel.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and warm. Staff were helpful whenever we needed something. Breakfast had a good variety and the overall vibe of the hotel was relaxing.

My 3-year-old really enjoyed the outdoor areas, and the hotel felt very family friendly. It’s a nice mix of comfort and nature, so it worked perfectly for us.

Overall, we had a very good experience and would gladly come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Gabala Qafqaz Riverside Hotel — everything was comfortable, clean, and relaxing, and the atmosphere was warm from the first moment we arrived.

A huge thank you to Kamran, Ali Ahmed, Alken, Koshka, Ozar, and Hikma — they were truly amazing and made our trip extra special with their kindness, professionalism, and constant support. Honestly, all the staff were friendly and welcoming people, always smiling and ready to help.

The location is also perfect: it’s very close to the Qabala Cable Car, which takes you up to Tufandağ, and it’s near great places to eat like Xhanlar Restaurant and Qasabian Restaurant. It’s also near Gabala Fun Land, which made it super convenient for activities and family time.

Highly recommended — we’ll definitely come back again!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Qafqaz Riverside Hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and peaceful. The food was excellent — fresh, flavorful, and served with great hospitality. We stayed in Cottage 107, and it exceeded all expectations. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and truly felt 5-star in every way.

A special shoutout to Mr. Ilkin, the manager, for his outstanding professionalism and warm hospitality. He ensured everything during our stay was perfect and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable.

The staff overall were incredibly friendly and polite, always ready to assist with a smile. The entire atmosphere is calm, refreshing, and surrounded by nature — the perfect escape from the busy city life.

We stayed in the Mountain View room in the fifth floor - The rooms were comfortable, and the heating worked perfectly. Overall, our stay was truly amazing.

The food was delicious, with a breakfast spread that offered plenty of variety and was kid-friendly too. Overall, it felt like a perfectly balanced meal. The dining area—and the view—were absolutely amazing.

Nice place ..calm for relax but the room service facility food not acceptable ...he brings the food without tray for the room to eat and no table inside the room
