We vacationed at the estate this summer. Wonderful place right by the pond. It has its own pier and beach. Not every estate can boast of a good entrance to the lake. There is also something special here for children - a smooth descent into the lake. While dads are fishing on the pier, moms are sunbathing on sun loungers) The house is huge! Our group of 6 people could have gotten lost. It is clear that everything is done with taste! There is no feeling that you are relaxing somewhere in a hotel, as comfortable as at home. We promise to return to you in winter! Sit by the fireplace, and of course, in the bathhouse!!! From our children, big greetings to yours! Even though we didn’t rest for long, the kids managed to make friends) Now they constantly ask when we’ll go to Vanya) Thanks again for the wonderful time at the estate!

We vacationed at the estate in the fall of 2021! Very cozy house and atmosphere in general! The air here is beyond words. There are forests and lakes all around! What could be better? A Japanese vat on the street is complete delight and love at first time! Unforgettable sensations!!! Thanks to the owners for a wonderful stay! You are very sincere and warm!!! I recommend it to everyone! You won't regret it!!!!❤

Families have been to this estate several times.
The house is comfortable, everything is there for a comfortable stay. The territory has a sauna, a jacuzzi, a private beach and access to a pond.
Both adults and children liked it, especially children, as they made new friends))
The owners of the estate are friendly and pleasant people, they did everything to make our vacation a success!

We had a great time. It was impossible to take the children away from the beach, thank you very much to the owners, everything was thought out; they gave the children vests and there was no need to worry about their safety, the mothers were also relaxing))))) there were a lot of toys on the beach (we forgot about ours). The house is simply huge, there is a lot of space for both children and parents, even for our large group there was a place for everyone, no one bothered anyone. Special thanks from our fishermen, they are completely delighted and are going to return with a purely male company)))

HORROR, GOD DON'T GIVE ANYONE SUCH A REST
The estate is in terrible condition. The owners of 6 people + 2 workers live on the territory, who also live on the territory (we were not warned about this and nothing was said in the contract), guests regularly come to the owners and throw noisy parties, but we wanted to relax!!!! The owners do everything to ruin your holiday!!! In case of a loud holiday, they threaten to call the police.... They relax, sunbathe a few meters from the holidaymakers, turn on the music loudly and when you ask them to turn it down they are very unhappy.
The house is not cleaned, the house requires repairs (wallpaper and baseboards are torn off, furniture is falling apart), there are spiders in every room, and a hornets nest under the roof.
The photos on the site do not correspond to reality!!! All previous reviews were written by the owners.
It's a pity that what was not a cheap vacation was ruined. Having ridden along the water, we found many beautiful estates; be more careful in selecting an estate. We do not recommend this estate to anyone.
