Very scenic, right on the bank of the river in which you can fish (fishing poles are provided if you ask for them) or swim. There's a banya (Russian sauna), paintball, laser tag, bar, outdoor grill areas. Great place.

Have you ever heard birds are loudly singing? So loud, you cant hear yourself. And when not - forest hugs you with its silence. It is absolutley perfect place to recover after city and office days

The houses are comfortable and very clean, there is absolutely everything you need: a TV, a refrigerator, a microwave oven, a gas stove, towels, detergents, dishes, grates and skewers; there is a barbecue near each house

We really love rest with friends outside the city, and every summer we go to a 3-day corporate party with colleagues somewhere on the estate (we always try to a new place!) I can declare with full confidence that this is the best place where I have visited and where I was returning! We have been there both in summer and in winter

I would like to note that the kitchens are well equipped (not everywhere!) The only request is to consider buying a dishwasher in a large house =)) Thanks to Marina and Nikolai for their work, and, of course, for the culinary masterpieces that we managed to treat!
