Nice place for relaxing! - Friendly staffs. - Good services and equipment. - Variety buffet meal in the dining room. - But not many choices in the cafe. We ordered the fried chicken set from the cafe delivered to the room, it was disappointed, was waiting so long time and got the very oily fried chicken.

I think this is what a good sanatorium should look like ... Adequate staff, quality food, enough treatments and gorgeous nature. But there are drawbacks: weak internet for work (yes, some even need to work in a sanatorium), mobile A1 also pulls a couple of strokes. For the future, throw optics or negotiate with operators on LTE towers. There are enough different entertainments, but after four days...

Food should have been of better quality and variety

Very good venue either for family or for corporate stay. Impressed by serenity of the views, lake is magnificent. Complex is brand-new, very nice rooms.

It u want to get some kind of "healthy vacation" - just book a normal apartment/hotel and go hiking/walking through beautiful forests and parks. Air is fresh - a lot of pines and other coniferous trees, lake nearby. But if u want to contact with typical "babushkas", go here xD Im not a huge fan though.

On top of one of tallest hills in Minsk you can Enjoy panoramic views of the western section of town. Near Old Town and many walking routes that meander through parks that will lead you to all the major monuments and historic buildings.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was helpful.

Visited in the evening and only in the lobby. It is necessary to maintain the COVID-19 safety regime: mask, distance. The lobby has a bar, security service, administration. Off to the center a lit bit, but Yandex Go works here wonderfully to go to the center or other places. Hotel has spacious lobby, where you would like to sit and look around in a relaxing mood near the pool including big fishs. Rooms are okey but not as spacious as common places of the hotel .Pool and spa facility is also good. Best hotel in Minsk. 

Come back a few times still the same vibe I like stay with there however, the price is a little bit high, but is a reasonable

For a business trip, overall it was pretty good. I felt okay on the first night. There is a ballpark nearby. It's nice to be relatively quiet. The lack of breakfast was a drawback. Will consider staying again next time.

03/04/2023 visited the SPA and a local bar. Excellent relaxing massage, nice aqua zone. Excellent cuisine at a reasonable price. Excellent combination of price and quality. We received a lot of pleasant impressions. We recommend and will definitely come back again.

it is a low hotel.I arrived about 10pm,they let me wait about one hour.they put a lot of concentrated hydrochloric acid in my room and bathroom.they still used a lot of concentrated hydrochloric acid from upstairs and downstairs. one night I paid them about 80USD. It is really a low hotel.

If you are allergic person this place is not for you. The room was not aired well and it contained allergic dust. I was ill all two days and had to change to another place.

No adult entertainment in the lobby during night time. No night club. Formerly night club Next Club is closed since 5 years. Reopen it!

The location is fine (close to the railway station and a metro station), many cafes and restaurants nearby, the bed is comfortable (for those who like soft beds), the swimming pool is warm and the jacuzzi is hot and strong.

Excellent houses for a large family or a group (there were 5 of us) to while away the time (rest, sleep) while waiting for a night flight from Minsk airport. The house, beds, linen - everything is in good condition. They checked us in and out quickly, we did not use the restaurant.

Location in a forested area. Peace and quiet. Upon check-in, questions arose whether we had done something wrong, or whether the staff was not entirely qualified. The only drawback: I couldn't drink coffee in the morning.

The youngest in the restaurant is the older one, and the food is very cheap! It is very comfortable to spend some time walking in the forest. Next time, book a cabin to experience it.

I stayed twice at the Turist Hotel, first time the room I stayed in was a bit run down & outdated I would say. The second time I stayed there I got a nice new renovated room. But both stays the room was clean, staff was helpful, breakfast ok and good price value.

I had unpleasant experience checking in . Receptionist named Anna just ignored that i asked about check in and while i am waiting in front of her she want to help people who were waiting behind me . I felt discrimination towards me because i come from overseas and speak English. I think need to improve customer skills in Receptionists in hotel.
