Near the hotel there is a guarded parking, you can see and choose a room before settling. One-room double room is modest but clean. There is soap, shampoo and cups. Kettle and microwave in the hallway. Television in the room is poor, with interference and freezes. The room is cool, there is no air conditioning, but the reception provides a heater.

Great place to stop in the city. The hotel is very conveniently located right in the center, the employees are extremely polite, the rooms are clean, tidy, there are all necessary amenities. Ideal for travelers.

Overall, not bad. But, as always, there are drawbacks. The interior leaves a double impression: in one place it is modern, in another it is almost ruin. Elevators are new and quiet. The room itself is small. There is no refrigerator in the comfort room. Kettle only in the lobby. The shower tray is installed incorrectly, because of this, the water does not drain well. But clean. The linen is fresh....

We had a wonderful rest. Stayed 1 night passing through. The Villa Rosa lights are on at night, otherwise they would not have found it. Everything is clean, bed linen, towels, bathrobe. Water, disposable shampoo and shower gel, everything was on the level. Thanks!

A cozy hotel with a homely atmosphere. The rooms are small but cozy. Breakfast and Parking are included.

Stayed here three times already. Each time for almost two weeks. Excellent Place. Homemade breakfast every morning. Staff will go above and beyond. Could not recommend enough. I like this hotel because it does not feel like one of the chains. It's a family owned business and you can tell because they care!

Never write reviews, but now wanted. Small cozy hotel, perfect if you want home comfort, sincerity and interest of the staff. And plus a good price for a room with air conditioning, satellite TV, white bathrobes and homemade Breakfast.

All around a good stay, rooms a nice, staff is friendly. They do had one odd bald English dude staying here that was constantly mumbling to himself and laughing loudly at his own jokes while drinking beer. Looked harmless enough though. 12,7/14 would stay again!

Walked from bus station. North to Leninskaya, then right, right and right again. By the castle and Sunday morning market. I was so in the mood for a big, clean room with private bathroom! Abt $20 a night for a single room. Delicious lemon, dill, chicken soup in hotel restaurant.

The prices in this café are quite large, especially considering the menu...

Lovely new hotel. The best in Grodno. Staff at 5 * level: Very polite and well-trained. Everything is new in the room, everything is very clean. The bathroom is beyond praise: perfectly clean, with a cool interior. We forgot the charger and was given one for the whole night. They are able to solve complex issues with guests (they were witnesses). The hotel has a cool restaurant: even the townspeople...

From 17.08-18.08.2021 We have renovated 5 rooms for guests from Turkey. The administrator helped us to choose the right rooms very accurately with all our wishes. The guests were delighted! We are staying here for the second time, but decided to change this overnight item in the future. The staff are friendly and there is ample parking. Arrival from both sides of the track. But noisy at night, some people are running along the corridors and talking very loudly. The rooms are average in my opinion. The toilets and showers should be renovated. The food is also C grade. But the pastries...

Perfect place. We stopped by for lunch. Cold okroshka, wonderful potato pancakes and delicious coffee. Clean toilet. Friendly staff.

Very good value for money - spacious room, very clean, spa included in the room price.

Quite a good option, but at a very high price. Rest and overnight stay in chain hotels like Hilton or Marriott will be cheaper. This hotel lives on business trips and various government events. The rooms are quite fresh, but everything is made of substandard and fragile materials. Noise cholation is just awful ... A big plus is the bathhouse and the spa area (small pool).

One of the great places for staying in Zhlobin! Wonderful location close to modern Ice palace and Aqua Park. You will feel comfortable and safety here. Rooms are cozy, price isn't really expensive.There is cafe on the ground floor. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful time during my stay at paradise hotel and it was mostly because of the hospitality of the hotel staff...I am a forgeiner to this land and almost don't speak the language, thus the biggest relief for me was that the staff spoke english and things became so much easier for me from that moment itself, I was backpacking and was completely unorganized...but the hospitality of the hotel...

A bit hard to find - located on the second floor of Gomel hotel. The rest was great, taking into account the price of 58 byn (around 29 USD) per night. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and cosy. Have free parking, great location, right next to the railway station.

Cheap and clean, with polite service. Very small rooms without sound isolation. Breakfast is served in a cafe at 10 min of walking distance from the hotel.

Sincere staff. Clean rooms. There are both Smoking and non-Smoking. Here's your restaurant. You have to go to Breakfast at the tavern across the street or in Burger king at the bottom.

A specific place, if not for work ... We were brought here for an overnight sightseeing tour. I myself would not have chosen this hotel, it is noisy, due to the large number of trucks at customs, spartan conditions, with pronounced springs mattress, but there is a kettle, cups, three towels, shower and toilet in the room. The hotel is on the border. Nice rooms, big and spacious. In a separate room on the floor there is a kettle, fridge and iron with ironing board. There is free parking in front of the hotel. There is a cafe with reasonable prices, the only negative is small portions, but enough for a snack. All in all, a great place for your money.

The hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful. I enjoyed dining in the café, where the food was good and the service very nice, and I had laundry done quickly and easily. There was plenty of parking in the lot immediately in front of the hotel.

Nice staff, worked hard to make my stay so comfortable as possible. Supported me well then I should run Brest Halfmarathon 8 September. Then I arrived in the morning the room wasn´t finished and I never expected that either. I get a cup of coffee with a freshly baked croissant - that tasted well! and even more! The restaurant was cool, because the staffs English wasn´t the best, but they manage German...

Room for 2 cost us like 30$/night. Food was costly though. The service was good, staff was friendly and very helpful. Metro bus stop is right next to the hotel which proved to be very useful to visit different places in brest, also its costs like .60 BYR for 1 trip which is very cheap. The room we stayed in was slighlty cramped and had only 1 window and it was the only source of ventilation in the...

Place is clean and comfortable. Rooms have been refurbished. It's not perfect, but they have put an effort into improving it.

Situated almost in the centre of Brest. Despite the grandiose name, there's the obvious "shoals" in the bathroom mixed cranes of hot and cold water, bed sheets torn, no bottle opener and corkscrew, the bed is short (my height is 188 cm and I'm on it don't fit), the towels are small air conditioner I have not noticed, wi-fi, periodically falls off (room 608), noisy (you can hear everything in the hallway...

Despite sovdepovskie appearance service on a high level. Refurbished rooms are beautiful, with nice finishes. Furniture, mattresses and beds are comfortable. In General the hotel gives the opportunity to relax after a long drive.

Public transport within walking distance....

An ordinary hotel from the Soviet past. + In the room there is a kettle and a refrigerator, cutlery and mugs with glasses - there is a musty smell in the room / windows without nets, mosquitoes are very happy about this / the renovation is stale / the cleaning is of poor quality - there were things from the previous tenants

Not very good hotel but for one night its okay. We have booked luxury room and it was quite good. But the shower not so nice.

It is better to pay 500 (Russian) rubles and get a room spacious with own bathroom (Previously stayed in a connecting room, was not very comfortable)

Almost no one knows about it. Recommend. The price tag is good.
