This is a grand dame hotel in the European style. Although the hotel had to be totally rebuilt they kept to the original plan and quality. Great place for a city stay.

The "family" room is tiny, you can't turn around. But the restaurant should be specifically mentioned: they don't know how to cook at all! It's inedible... a disgrace for the hotel... we don't recommend trying to eat anything there, even simple food... even pickles... the products are probably not fresh, so you can't cook anything worthwhile from them.

For the truly unfussy traveler. The room was clean, but very basic. It smelled damp, and the bed linens were ancient. However, the staff was polite and friendly. I only discovered there was no hot water upon check-in; I paid in full in advance—an unpleasant surprise. I think the price is overpriced.

The hotel was great in general but they confused the type and days of breakfasts we additionally ordered on the sight.

It felt like you didn’t get a lot for the money considering it is Minsk. However the hotel is fine, modern, like a holiday inn type standard and it’s near the metro and some cool cafes and bars on Oktyaberskaya. Breakfast was poor, I didn’t eat there again after the first day!

we travelled with a small dog and paid 20 USD extra to check in all together (that's ok). The dog left 2 pee marks on bed sheets (our fault) so upon checkout we were asked to reimburse the damage (absolute reasonable). BUT, we were asked to pay 30 USD per bed sheet which is absolutely weird. So, eventually we paid almost a full room rate (60 USD) for just 2 damaged bed sheets. Future guests, be cautious...

I had unpleasant experience checking in . Receptionist named Anna just ignored that i asked about check in and while i am waiting in front of her she want to help people who were waiting behind me . I felt discrimination towards me because i come from overseas and speak English. I think need to improve customer skills in Receptionists in hotel.

Booked by a friend using my account. Overall, it was pretty good. The only real downside is the location, which is a bit out of the way – expect a 30-40 minute taxi ride. Check-in was smooth. Be aware that only towels are provided; you'll need to bring all your other toiletries like slippers, toothpaste, toothbrushes, shower gel, and shampoo.

Actually we didn't knew that it was going to be a a real sports activity hosting kind of a hotel by its name it was clear but we thought otherwise so we saw kids in uniform big groups were there I think with their coaches and teachers may be some parents were also there it was average but according to the price

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel very much. The location of the hotel is not ideal for those who wish to walk in the center of the city. Next time it's definitely my choice: 4 minutes walk from train station, friendly reception, clean room, nice and reasonably priced food, close to buses. The location is very good, and there is a very charming street outside. The service staff can also try their best to meet the requirements. The room heating is super strong. I was woken up by the heat in the first two days, but the staff later solved it. The only problem is that the bathroom sewer smelled for some reason the next day.
