Call the intercom 101 and they tell you that the keys are there, then you call from the apartment on the city phone and they explain to you which room is yours and what is where. Not very quiet neighbors can get caught. We got 4 very active loud women. But, as I understand it, it doesn’t happen every time, and it’s possible that you will generally be alone in the apartment. Kitchen, toilet, bathroom - shared. In principle, everything is there, not bad for such a price and location.
