The price of the room includes breakfast (buffet) + in the neighboring building there is a SPA, where you can go once a day. A very good offer.

Excellent hotel. The price includes breakfast and access to the aqua zone. The buffet is very rich in choice. The room is spacious. Service is top notch. The aqua zone includes a sauna and a hammam, a jacuzzi and a large 22-meter pool. All of this is well worth the cost.

The room is fine. Nice and clean, except bathroom. And also they forget to wash the dishes cleanly in their restaurant. You can see lipstick on some cups in the middle on my picture.

The property is well located (within walking distance of shops, restaurants and attractions) and does its job, but looks tired and in need of renovation. Reasonably quiet. This is my second stay in Hotel Minsk. The Superior room at level 5 (528) was old with a strange odour. The corridor has an even stronger odour which requires sanitation urgently. Check-in & check out was efficiently processed at the Receptions counter. For a 4-star hotel, hotel workers didn't greet no smiles, just cold looking faces. I couldn't pay with my Visa card, like in all other hotels in Minsk. The reception staff looked down on me as if I were on a pedestal. The hotel was extremely expensive for the price, and unfortunately, there was no other option at the time. The breakfast selection was very limited. The SIM card didn't work, and the staff was unfriendly.

Visited in the evening and only in the lobby. It is necessary to maintain the COVID-19 safety regime: mask, distance. The lobby has a bar, security service, administration. The atmosphere is calm and relaxed, before entering the hotel you can drop in and leave the car for a short time of 5-10 minutes.

Very dirty everywhere. Spots, hair. Equipment doesn’t work properly tap and shower. I wonder but there is no fridge in the room which is extremely rare for 4 stars hotel.

I have stayed at the hotel 5 times in the last few months. I recommend it to everyone, the best hotel price/quality, the best location and not on the first line, a little away from busy highways, so it is quiet. The service is excellent from the reception to the service in the restaurant. Everything in Zalkind!

The location is very good, and there is a very charming street outside. The service staff can also try their best to meet the requirements. The room heating is super strong. I was woken up by the heat in the first two days, but the staff later solved it. The only problem is that the bathroom sewer smelled for some reason the next day.

Hotel is conveniently located. English at reception was so\so - not that I would expect that it would be absolutely perfect - but just be ready with google translate just in case. Room was large and comfortable- especially for minsk. For a friday night stay the place was quiet as well...

I booked the hotel due to its proximity to the airport. Room is big, bathroom is big, beautiful, lors of facilities in the room. The fitness center is great, lots of equipment, for breakfast, I had one day a set menu ( Belarusian breakfast) and the second day there was a buffet: Both were various, and good. The service is bilingual, very kind and helpful, and the cost to book a taxi to the airport...

Everything corresponds to the price and conditions. The best hotel near the airport. Quiet, clean. When checking in, they initially gave me a room without a refrigerator and noisy neighbors, but then they moved me as I asked. Everything is great.

Clean and tidy, quiet, good service, good scenery, delicious fruits, Chinese food is available on the first floor of the hotel, you can order food, the taste is OK, the location is close to the airport, more than 20 minutes by taxi from the center

The only weak point (just for me personally) is too soft mattress. But I do realize it's absolutely subjective opinion.

Restaurant is slow, reception is not solving anything if you have a problem, workers are not smiley they are not polite

Excellent location, beautiful interior design of the reception and the restaurant, excellent quality of sleep due to the comfort of the mattress. Breakfast choices were poor, but the evening menu had a great variety and the food was delicious (plus discount to hotel residents).

The hotel is in a very centric location. The accommodation is great, very clean, the breakfast is good and the rooms are very clean and new. but be aware is a party zone where the hotel is. So any where you can distract yourself until 4 am

Hotel located in the center of the town but because it is right on pedestrian street taxi driver wasn’t able to drop me off at main entrance

Excellent hotel, gorgeous rooms, super breakfast, parking. Didn't expect such a level.. but everything in the photo is the pure truth... The only thing is that there are bars across the river, the music is loud at night, but I think the hotel will be able to come to an agreement with them over time... I recommend it wholeheartedly, we will only stay here now

Good 4 stars. The room is large. The hotel is in a very good location. You can even walk to the train station in 30 minutes.

The hotel deserves 4 stars, the staff is polite, there were a few downsides to the cleaning of the room, but overall we were satisfied with everything.
