- * Poor cleanliness standards. * No toilet paper was provided upon check-in. * The bathroom sink had very slow drainage. * During the first room cleaning, the used cups were left dirty and were not replaced or cleaned. * My request for a late check-out was completely refused. Despite explaining that our flight was in the evening, the hotel insisted on charging an additional USD 120 for each extra hour. * The hotel is overpriced considering the quality of service provided. * After arriving at our next destination and unpacking our luggage, we discovered that two of my wife’s dresses had burn marks while inside our suitcase. We are very concerned about how this damage occurred during our stay and expect this matter to be investigated.
- Breakfast is very poor. Cold fried eggs, not pealed fruits, bad coffee from the coffee machine. Not a 5-star breakfast. The hotel is very old. A hair drier almost didn’t work
