Nice place in the center of town. Friendly staff. Free parking in front of the door ( not too big). But you always can find a place on the private hotel's parking next to the building ( not too expensive). The rooms are modest but clean. There is no fridge in rooms, but You can use the shared fridge which is located by the receptionist on each floor ( payable service). If you are used to more comfort...

Good location. Cheap. Polite & quick service. Restaurant, night club, cafe & currency exchange are in the same building.

The food is pretty standard, but the menu us quite extensive. Like anywhere in Belarus, timing is not really a thing here. I had finished my starter and main when the other dishes were served. Something you need to get used to when in Belarus. The atmosphere is a bit dull. Every time I've been here, we were the only occupied table in the entire place...

Vpolne prilichnaya gostinitsa. Ostanavlivalsya na dve nochi. Nomer na dvoih hot i nebolshoy, no komfortnyy. Mebel v horoshem sostoyanii, polotentsa i postelnoe belyo chistye i bez pyaten. Zavtraki (shvedskiy stol) vkusnye. Personal privetlivyy. Edinstvennyy minus eto to, chto v koridorah temno i ne srazu mozhno sorientirovatsya.

All that you can imagine in a post soviet 3star hotel. Well nothing much. If you will be lucky enough you will get a refurbished room. Which is quite good. If you are travelling in summer be sure and ask if there a hot water available.

A rather grim looking building from the Soviet era but nice inside. Don't expect luxury but the reception staff helpful and that matterd most. The rooms were adequate as were the bathrooms. There was no tea or coffee in the rooms and the AC was not very effective. The lifts were rather small, not of a well-known make and juddered a bit. The food was good. Sovjet style hotel, but renovated and clean rooms. During my stay the staff was very friendly. Good breakfast. I would return there if I'll be in Vitebsk again.

It's not the best hotel, but it's ok for this price. Actually it's very cheap. So we didn't mind some uncomfortable things. They have good service in the restaurant. Really, all the waiters are so attentive. And good breakfast options as well.

Everything is very old. The beds are comfortable, but obviously cheap, in the bathroom, no holder for the shower and the latch on the door. The food is tasty and satisfying. Audibility in rooms is terrible.

A good place, the rooms are normal, there is breakfast in the morning, just no bells and whistles, but everything you need for the hotel is there, parking is free with security right in front of the entrance.

Great place to stay, real 5*. The magnificent nature of the lake region. You can rent bicycles and ride in the surrounding forests. The forest is clean, pine. We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days in the Krasny Bor Resort. Really everything was organized the fully 100%. Everything was clean, amazing staff. They delivered super service, the whole day! The local food was amazing too! Did I say it was amazing? Thanks again all!

Celebrated here the second wedding day. We made a barbecue in a large gazebo next to the house. I liked everything: a large barbecue under the roof, water from the tap, a large table with benches, there is electricity, if you need a kettle or music to connect. Straight fine. There is a kitchen on the ground floor, the sound insulation is not bad, I don't know why everyone is complaining. For me - the usual, as in any "socket" a la Kamennaya Gorka. Very cool and for the price of laughter, 3-bed room 54 rubles. Just for nothing. Yandex Taxi in Polotsk 4-5 rubles (1-2 $) and you are in the center.

We spent the night on 08/29/2020 in a room for 6 people, the room is good, furniture, bedding, a bathroom - no complaints. The only thing is dust on the furniture. Reception staff are friendly and polite. The territory is well-groomed. Overall impressions are positive. We wish you not to lower the bar, success!

Stayed in this hotel all is good and the rooms are wonderful and the staff is very polite and helpful, but on site celebrated a wedding. Right under the Windows! The territory is very well looked after, I always feel very cosy and relaxed there. The staff are very nice and try to attend to their guests' all needs. Quiet, good quality, family vacation resort. Own beach is nice, yet the water did not engourage to swim. Exellent for "get away" vacation. Muny at the hotel is minimal and quite expensive in relation to general price level. Do have some skills in russian (cyrilic letters at least), as english is not spoken at all. Room was cosy, staff was friendly. Certainly worth the price (35€/night).

We are staying here for the second time, but decided to change this overnight item in the future. The staff are friendly and there is ample parking. Arrival from both sides of the track. Nice cozy place, close to the city and the highway, nature is super

Booked a sauna in this place 3 hours in advance. We were asked to bring an advance payment, for which we asked to throw off the card, because they considered it unnecessary to drive 60 km back and forth) We arrived a little later, waited for the employee to complete some work directly in the sauna and start us) It was cold in the rest room, the thermometer was 8 degrees. Great rooms and friendly staff, good Wi-fi throughout, gorgeous nature, but there are a couple of significant drawbacks to consider: 1) there is not enough hot water always and NOT for everyone: in houses where apartments and suites are located, hot water is provided by a boiler, the capacity of which is enough for 1 room (the rest have to wait until a new batch of water heats up) 2) in the winter...
