Vostrikovka Tourist base in Lepel

I’ve been vacationing here with friends for four years now, I like everything and would like to recommend others to go here. We always take a large barge; it has several spacious cabins in which you can spend the night. This time there was a heavy downpour during our holiday and I can now assure that the barge doesn’t care! I recommend everyone to visit :-)

I was with friends over the weekend and I think that this is a great place for a lazy holiday: you can enjoy beautiful views of nature - a mesmerizing lake, a gorgeous forest on the opposite side, a clear sky that is not blocked by the tops of high-rise buildings, homemade cannons and other elements of military equipment; You can also go fishing very well, fry your catch/kebabs and have a great swim. True, the lake is very deep right from the barge, but if you take a circle or armlets, you definitely won’t be able to ruin your vacation!

During our vacation there was heavy rain and thunderstorm, which added even more impressions, because... they felt and looked completely different!
Lightning seemed to be nearby, which could not help but fascinate.
And one more plus - even in such a downpour, everything was super with the barge, nothing flooded, nothing leaked.

The only negative (although when you go on vacation, this is rather a plus :)) - there is almost no mobile Internet reception and there is not mobile communication everywhere on the water. But again, for me this was only a plus, because nothing interfered with enjoying the views and really relaxing.

Previously, we were in this vacation spot in the summer. We took the lower house by the water. This time the upper house. It is clear that Oleg (that is the name of this hospitable host) is trying and developing his brainchild. In the upper house it is already a cottage (water, toilet in the house, spacious room to sit, wi-fi, three bedrooms, gas, kitchen, etc.). In the lower part, of course, it’s still in progress, but work is also underway. Below, closer to the water, especially if you come for fishing or have booked a sauna on a floating barge... There are barbecues, wood-burning stoves, gazebos everywhere. Interesting imitations of various military-themed items.
In short, if you want to have a good time, sing with a guitar, ride a catamaran and visit a floating bathhouse, then come.

We spent 5 wonderful days at the estate.
An agricultural estate with a twist, which is very important. The holiday is focused on water activities: fishing, swimming, boat rides, you can spend the night in one of the cabins.
There were only pleasant impressions left.
Located in a quiet small village.
I liked the lake. We swam and fished.
Although I am a complete beginner in this matter, I managed to catch bleaks for 2 dinners. Under the supervision of an experienced fisherman, of course;)
On a cool day, Oleg heated the bathhouse on the water, so he had the opportunity to warm up after swimming.
An ideal place to relax and recuperate before a new working week.

We rested with a small group. A wonderful place for lovers of secluded relaxation in nature: swim among the lilies in a wonderful lake, spend the night under the stars on the upper deck of a longboat, walk under the scarlet sails, and when the cool of the evening sets in, it’s nice to warm up in the sauna and (or) a wonderful local drink “pershachok” ". And then romantic women can imagine themselves as Assol or Scarlett O'Hara... :) In general, gain mental strength and energy to return to everyday work.
