Breakfast was good apart from the lack of eggs. The room was clean and comfortable. Strange there were no tea making facilities, plenty of coffee options but no tea. Dinner was very good if a little pricey. Parking was very easy

Breakfast spread was ok but enjoyed it, seating was comfortable and relaxing. Room was clean and compact. The bed was not as great and I hated the pillows. Staff was friendly and polite. Dinner was delicious and I absolutely enjoyed the photo area and jacuzzi in my room.

Clean, comfortable room close to centre of Paris. Nothing fancy, but helpful staff and a great value breakfast (at extra cost).

Have stayed at this hotel many times since 2017, was in room 211 this time. As always the room was great, large size with a big shower. Now the new railway station is open its a quick walk through to the town centre. Very handy for the flibco bus to charleroi airport, the bus stops right outside

No wi-fi above the SPA The bed comfort was wonderful, best night sleep I’ve had in a hotel for quite some time. The pool was throughly enjoyed by the children as well. The downside was we were situated in two Hotel Rooms located above the SPA/Pool Area and the wi-fi did not work. The signal was very weak and disconnected frequently.

I arrived on the Thursday evening and was informed right away that there was a gas leak in the city and there will be no hot water for the duration of my stay. I’m aware this is not the hotels fault but as a result they offered no help or solutions to the matter. There was no kettle in the room and I even asked and they said no to a kettle, we got offered no discount off breakfast or anything extra...

Alessio from the reception was incredibly kind and attentive. He noticed how exhausted we were after traveling and generously upgraded our room to a luxury room for free. This small gesture made a big difference. Highly appreciated!

Everything was fine. It's just a shame the TV didn't have any Dutch channels, but French, Italian, and English were available, but not the language of our own country...

The hotel has a good location but no parking, the only parking in front is small and there is no space and the hotel parking lot was under construction so it took 1 hour to find a space! And the most unpleasant thing is the mattress which was too soft we sank into it! Otherwise it was clean and the breakfast was good

Had a good quiet stay at the mons hotel, room was clean with bath. And a good Oriental breakfast after.

We have stayed here a couple of times, The rooms are generally very good, This time the door looked like it has been kicked in didnt look secured, I reported this, The kettle also, lid never closed I asked for replacement, this never arrived,

My Room number 211 was not cleaed during the daytime. . The cleaning staff knocked on my door at 18.00 and asked if i wanted my toom cleaned. The toilet roll holder was hanging off. The air conditioning control was broken and there was no kettle or coffee making facilities. Thanks Robert Gray

We're regulars here, even after our first time with Trip.com. Our room this time was above the kitchen, so there was a lot of messing around until after 11 p.m. And work started again at 3:45 a.m.

On the mountain, the hotel is very quiet, parking is free, breakfast is good, and the room is okay. I didn't experience it nearby because it rained. The scenery should be pretty good. I'll check it out next time.

It is advertised as having a swimming pool. Upon arrival we heard that it is closed and is being converted into a sports area. Both were now inaccessible, which was a shame. The bathroom was also not very clean and well maintained. Bed comfort was fine. The food in the restaurant was also very good.

Easy access by foot to Centre, attentive staff (Thank you, Nico!), exceptionally quiet area and easy access to all routes. Small but efficient room with storage armoire and desk. We didn't your for breakfast but the accent of fresh filled bacon was intoxicating 👍

Rooms clean and well appointed. No air conditioning though but a fan. So you had to keep the windows open and got the occasional whiffs of smoke from people outside. Breakfast fine. Staff minimal but polite.

Stayed 1 night in 3 bedroom apartment at the back of the garden in a separate building. Good points ☆The beds were comfortable ☆The garden is lovely to sit in and well lit ☆walking distance to grand place ☆free parking between 5pm-9am on street ☆fridge with plenty of water provided in the door. Charming little studio 5mins walk from the Grand Place. Equipped with a functional kitchenette, a little lounge area and a small but adequate bathroom/toilette, its like having one's own pied-de-terre in Mons. Great Stay – Would Recommend! Had a pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. Check-in was smooth, and the amenities were a nice bonus. Would definitely stay again!

The best in Mons! Our stay was amazing! The hotel was exactly what we where looking for. Oscar was also amazing. He helped us with locating a pharmacy late in the night, reserved a wonderful restaurant dinner for us, helped me find a ATM and provided some information around the hotel and the town. He is a big asset to your hotel. We hope to be back in the near future for another stay.

Booked a double with twin beds, ended up with a double and told fully booked yet a twin room was empty and unused. Been before but not again.

Could do better You have to run the water for a very long time to get a steady stream of hot water. The comforter isn't wide enough for the bed, and the pillows are worn.

Rustic and Charming with a Old house feel. Once you understand that this is a rustic classical hotel with an Old Farmhouse feel you can relax and enjoy the experience , a modern trendy place this is not. Adequate. Atmosphere is standard. We ordered steak. It was a bit overdone and the quality wasn't worth the price. The Aperol Spritz was meh. We should've been tipped off by how empty it was on a Sunday evening. We were the only two customers for the first 45 minutes or so. I won't be going back.

Excellent customer service We had an excellent time at B&B Hotel Mons. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with great bathrooms and comfortable beds. Nice city hotel in the center of Mons. All the sights are within walking distance. Breakfast was good. My superior room was good, but a bit small. The "comic book" design of the room took some getting used to. (Some rooms are themed.) I would come back.
