Comfortable rooms even though they are quite small. Wifi is good and staff friendly.

100 meters of the downtown central Plaza. Decent breakfast. 2 patio's. Spatious rooms with bath. Only downsides are the clanging of a bell at 6.30 am and that it is next to a school which makes noise from 7.30 am till 8 pm. No elevator.

Musty smell in rooms and rooms are small. Nice courtyard. Very convenient and close to the plaza and main attractions

Centrally located and clean. Breakfast is not stocked up - I don't understand why the manager doesn't help clear plates instead of just sitting there doing nothing but collecting room numbers. This is a beautiful-looking hotel in an unbeatable location right on Plaza 25 de Mayo. At a second glance, however, it's clearly a case of style over substance - my room was tastefully furnished but had no exterior window or balcony (contrary to what was advertised, actually), and the roof terrace (which looks like it used to be the - now defunct - restaurant) manages the astonishing feat of actually...

The staff's attentiveness, the location, the cleanliness, and how quiet my room was make it a 5-star experience without hesitation. I'm also grateful that they checked me in at 3 am without a prior reservation.

We stayed at this hotel, and the service was excellent—the staff were friendly and courteous. Everything was spotless, and we were treated with such kindness. We highly recommend it.

Lovely place, few steps from the main square. Rooms are clean, well furnished, with comfortable bed, safety box. Wifi works just fine. The building itself is beautiful, so the breakfast room, and the breakfast offer, as well. We had a great time!

Really nice hotel, room was spacious and clean, all rhe staff were friendly, i atrived at 7am and was able to check in straight away. Breakfast staff were always attentive amd very good breakfast selection. The location is amazing right next to the main square amd all the restaurant. I arrived late night after a stressful day and it was very nice to have the restaurant available there, food options are excellent. The room was spacious and with all the amenities expected, I loved to have minibar with drinks. Bed was comfortable and staff very friendly, they helped me with the luggage. Buffet breakfast available!

Super good service - staff Al-Always ready to help and most of them spoke English. Big room (room 331), great cozy garden and several nice sitting areas. Fantastic breakfast with a nice view. Dinner in the restaurant is also good. Nice bar (but only open a few days). A romantic hotel. Highly recommended.

It may be a boutique hotel but it ain’t a 5-star hotel. Good thing, it is moztly centrally located but still quiet at night. Some of the rooms are apparently from colonial times, at one time also having the Brazilian Consulate there, the other rooms are newer but have vintage look about them. The room is spacious but still room only for 1 suitcase with difficulty and no way you can open another suitcase...

This is a really pretty hotel in an old building set around a courtyard full of flowers. Our room and bathroom were very spacious and had heating which was very welcome at night. The breakfast buffet was very nice with a number of hot items cooked to order. This is a beautiful hotel near the plaza de mayo. Everything about it was great. Only thing is the snack bar specially the water bottles from the room were crazy expensive. it’s not a dealbreaker just don’t indulge from the snack bar in your room. This boutique hotel is fabulously located in the heart of Sucre in a colonial mansion. Our room had a lovely view of the interior courtyard and the rooftops of Sucre beyond. The room itself was tastefully styled with local,artworks, decorated bedsteads and colourful tapestries. A nice breakfast room on (I think) the sixth floor which had fabulous views over Sucre. Lovely hotel Wonderful, exclusive and cozy hotel. Just avoid the rooms towards the street if you can, because it gets quite noisy at some hours — and during that time you get more exhaust than fresh air if you open the windows. The garden is beautiful, and breakfast excellent.
