Does not deserve it's five stars. No piccolo at the hotel. Restaurant is quite expensive. Pool is nice but it's overcrowded. Adults are flooding even the kids pool.
Great place, the rooms are clean and well maintained. The staff is polite . Location is perfect just a few feet away from the beach and popular bar. The only downside was the main pool , the water is very cold . I would highly recommend it !
The hotel itself is great! Nice, clean apartment, air conditioner in every room. Well stocked pool bar. Great pool. The only thing that kind of lets it down is the contrast between how nice and modern the hotel is, and how rough and unkept the beach and it’s surroundings are

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Adrian so much we came back at the end of our roadtrip to stay another night. The location is in a lovely village and the beach isnt too far away. We especially enjoyed Niks hospitality, even in low season it is possible to book additional dinner and breakfast. The food is absolutely wonderful - we highly recommend!
Great Hosts! Young, polite and make you feel like between old friends! Food was great! I was guest in the restaurant at least five times. I have especially to express my gratitude to the little Adrian. He knows very well how to entertain the guests :). My daughter spent several great evenings there. All my best wishes!!! Villa is new, decor is new, shower make water splashed everywhere, lack of garden. Views over carpark. Host offer breakfast and dinners, worth eating in! Village is bit not appealing, so only one night stay for me. Walking to beach long. Couple that own is very pleasant and helpful, perfecte English!
One of the best places we have ever stayed in. Comfortable rooms with everything you need for a good rest. The hotel is in a very quiet area. In the restaurant you can eat home made food which is delicious. We felt like home there!

Great communication, we had to cut our vacation short (death in the family). We were offered to arrive earlier. Great effort from the host to help us. The accommodation is close to a wonderful beach (there are very few such places).
Perfect location and great conditions
It is unbelievable to look out from the terrace onto a nature reserve and onto the beach. Simply beautiful. The town has the right amount of infrastructure, not too much, but enough for supply and eating. The appartment ist spacious and Alexander cares! All the best for A.Appartments

Everything was great. The houses have a very nice yard where one can chill outside. It was clean and the rooms were comfortable. The staff is very nice and welcoming. We were very satisfied with our stay. Highly recommended.

Renovated bungalows, clean and have a bathroom with a toilet, a refrigerator, air conditioning, a box-kitchen with a microwave, with an additional charge, a stove. The bungalows are old but partly modernized and well maintained and clean. There is wi-fi, but it hardly works. The cleaning service is everyday and the staff is very kind and helpful. The bathrooms still need to be redone. It would be better if there was a washing machine available instead of a washing service where they take your laundry to Varna and back. I'm not very happy to have other people...
Perfect location in a century-old forest. The bungalows are simple and cheap, but somewhat smelly and not so clean, and most of them have only a small window which could be open at night. The restaurant is tragic, just don't go there except in the morning to order "mekitsi" breakfast.
If you were in the past in a camping you could go there. Because it's located in the forest there are insects around. You have the forest, river and the sea together.

The second time we stayed there, and in one year time it has a whole new restaurant with some amazing signature dishes. The owner still plays the lute, and the rest of the family makes you feel welcome at all times. It's the perfect place for a relaxing holiday with good internet, food and accommodation.

It had everything needed for a family with children and even a pet. The bungalows are among tall trees, in the shade. Nice and cool. The beach is about 10 minutes away on foot, a large beach, shallow and clear water. There are shops for groceries and beach accessories and souvenirs nearby. There is also a restaurant with freshly prepared food at normal prices, tasty and varied.

Pretty good value for money, the bungalows are neat and the outside space is maintained very well, we had a nice patio and table on it. It feels very much as a place for families. Interior is ok, you can cook in the shared outside kitchen. The beach nearby is perfect, it is some 10-15 minutes of walk from the bungalow.
Very nice place renovated houses - nothing like the 60 year old bungalows in the area! Clean and comfortable big playground for children. 2nd line from the beach -5 minutes by walk. Recommend it! We had a very nice time there will go again!
The bungalows are nice despite the relative cleanliness. There were insects in the room. For 7 days the maids did not change the sheets or towels in the room. There is a great garden with climbing frames and an open kitchen with barbecue. Vending machines sometimes just swallow money without releasing the selected product...
Comfy bungalows situated in a forest. Clean and tidy outside area. Children's playground. Outdoor BBQs & kitchen area. Great staff, with some little accommodation issues.

The best hotel I have ever been to. There is a swimming pool, the view is perfect and it is near the beach. The rooms are very spacious comfortable and clean. The staff is friendly, there is an elevator and terraces and there are plasma TV's.
