We had a rest in August 2025. We liked it very much. The sea is close here, the pool is clean, the food is delicious, and there is a disco in the evening. My children and I had a lot of fun on our rest.

The hotel has a lot of negative reviews, but I give it a positive one, I don't think it deserves all these bad reviews. The hotel is clean, cleaned every day. We had a two-room studio, terrace and balcony. Pool cleaned daily. The canteen in a separate building is large and spacious, the food is good. All inclusive option lots of food all day long. Good alcohol, various drinks. Nice and helpful service...

A somewhat old hotel, torn wallpaper, worn carpet... Value for money okay. The bar by the pool is negative because you have to pay there. This makes the bar very crowded upstairs. This is already closed at 10 p.m., although the program is still running. One hardly understands German here. The entertainers are very nice and try very hard. The food is pretty path and and especially the breakfast is not...

So so, very nice staff, beautiful view of the seaside, brilliant food for all three services (it was so delicious...mmm). Can and must only focus on cleaning and general hygiene. Very friendly staff.

It's ok and close to the beach, a bit weak on the internet side

I had never been to Byala. I liked it. The hotel is close to the beach, about 5 minutes away, right next to the water slide. There are shops and restaurants nearby. Quiet and peaceful place. Although it is a large "common" terrace for the rooms, we did not interfere with the neighbors. The rooms are normal, we got together without a problem. You can park in the yard. The hosts are nice and kind.

A good place to rest, the room has a fridge, TV, air conditioner, everything you need. There are two restaurants and a shop nearby, which is also convenient. The beach is nearby, but as you approach it, the slope becomes a bit steep, there is free parking by the beach

Vacation... Family hotel with a soul

Quiet place. There is a view of the sea from the terrace of the cafe. There is a small pool. There were many insects in the room. There is a refrigerator, air conditioning and a small TV, placed in a position from which it could not be watched.

Our family had an amazing seaside getaway at this hotel! The location right by the shore was absolutely perfect, and the pools were beautiful and very well maintained. The food was excellent with plenty of fresh, tasty options every day. Housekeeping kept everything spotless, and the amenities made our stay extra comfortable. Good resort at good prices. It was very full in August (as you would expect) so meals times were a bit of a crush, however they offered us 2 meals in separate restaurants as part of the package and you can snack at lunchtime in one of their smaller venues. The beach has great sand and staff were very friendly. So overall a good place to go for families.

Lovely apartment, fab views,staff nice, our kettle broke and was replaced straight away ,all pools and restaurants good , only downfall was pots and pans, cutlery were not clean had to wash them before we could use them but not really an issue for us . It right on the beach, food is ok, nothing much to do in the area. Paid parking outside 10 Leva, inside complex more. They have free sunbeds at the many pools which you can take to the beach. It is nice for relaxing.

A nice and very tidy Hotel and guest house with a pool and moderate prices for drinks at the bar. The best thing is that it is only a 3 minutes walk from the hotel to the beach. It totally deserves to receive those 5 stars as you totally get your money's worth.

If you do not have a problem with the mule from the 80's and TVs with a tube as big as an oven, then you will not be disappointed or shocked (like some people ..) Clean, nice place. Not expensive. Friendly service. Nothing outstanding, but for that price really good. Reasonably close to the beach. I love the town; it's a full sea resort, but not overcrowded. My only trouble about the hotel was that tourists from neighbouring places were sometimes a bit too noisy to my taste; but this was in the peak of the season.

A pleasant owner, clean, there is everything for a rest, not far to the sea

There is a large and a small pool. The rooms are spacious with plenty of beds. There is a bar. The hotel has umbrellas and sunbeds. There is an outdoor shower to wash off the sand if you have come from the sea and immediately go to the pool. It is located in a quiet location and is quite well priced.

13 of us came for a birthday celebration and had a lovely time. Service was very attentive and the atmosphere was perfect.

I was only in restaurant but i really enjoyed it. Me and ny family have ordered different types of dishes and every of these were AMAZING. Waitress know english very good and we could order very easily wihout any mis understeands. Im just impressed about local and stuff. Every one who is in "Biała" should visit this place.

We had a wonderful stay at Sirena Palace. The location is excellent – just a short walk to both the beach and the town center with its many restaurants and shops. Big and comfortable rooms. Quiet and clean. They accept dogs. We may come back in future 🙂 they do care about parking space. Yes we booked a space and we had one but another car parked behind ours and we had to ask the hotel to call them and wait for them to come and let us go when we wanted to go home.

Good hotel near the beach, it has private beach with free umbrellas. Also pets are allowed, this was one of our main criteria. Good variety of food of the all inclusive. Lovely small city. It's right next to the sea and offers lots of family friendly options, eg playgrounds etc. Most places speak Russian and German for tourists on top of English and Bulgarian. Lively place, ideal for family vacations.

Just take a top floor (4th&5th fl) room with seaside view and a light drink(s) in evening with your desired 2nd and.. take a moment to relax. Its worth your while whatever make you are.
