We are very happy! We were in an apartment - large, spacious, clean. There are two working air conditioners, a TV, comfortable beds, they often come to change and fix the room/beds. The price for a week was very decent and good. Quite close to the sea and shops. The owner is extremely nice and correct. They can make you coffee in the morning, but unfortunately the restaurant at the hotel is no longer...

The hotel is situated right next to the sea and offers great views to its guests. The room was nice and clean and from the balcony we could look at the beautiful Black Sea. The staff is very friendly, helpful and they make you feel at home. Thank you! We will definitely come again!

I like it very much. It's quiet and you don't have noisy neighbors to disturb you. The view from the terrace is of the buildings, blocks and car park which I don't think is a bad thing. It doesn't have to be towards the sea. That works too.

Another lovely stay for a family holiday in Ravda. We have stayed at Aurelia for the past four years when visiting the Black Sea coast and have always been completely satisfied with the lovely location, facilities. and with the extremely courteous, efficient and friendly staff.

A very enjoyable week spent here in very nice sea view rooms with balcony. A lovely hotel with a nice pool close to the beach, restaurants and all amenities. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Denitsa who was extremely helpful and professional during our stay and through the booking process. We definitely hope to stay at Aurelia Beack Complex again.

The hotel is beautiful in a perfect location. It's really close to the beach, it has a lot of stores nearby and it's close to the center as well. Last week i found what i've been lookin for at the Bijou Hotel in Ravda. It's a nice not to big hotel directly located at the Black Sea and on walking distance from Ravda centre. I had full service for the whole week and the staff is very helpfull and friendly. The bar/pool on top of the hotel gives a nice view over the sea and coast. Thanks to the staff and i will be back.

Clean and quiet hotel by the sea with a swimming pool, restaurant and playground for kids. The food in the restaurant was very good. The kitchen boxes in the rooms lacked stoves.

We were here from 7 to 14 September with two children 10 and 13. We were absolutely satisfied with everything, accommodation was like on the pictures on booking, breakfast and dinner was good bulgarian food and we were happy to try it. The hotel is ok, it doesn't have its own beach, but you can go to the nearby beach for 24 BGN. Great place, first line with a view of the sea, brand new room interior and excellent maintenance. The staff are polite and helpful, very family-friendly. The restorant of the hotel is above the beach and provides wight variety of food as well as 10% discount for hotel guests. I'll recommend it to friends with kids.

Stayed here in July for four nights. Overall great service, free parking with a staff member always on site. Manager lady is very friendly and professional. Cleaning service is very good and the property overall is very well kept with good AC. Highly recommend a stay here. One area for improvement is upgrade the soap/shower gel - was rather basic and little.

Good hotel. Perfect location right at the beach. Friendly owner, enough parking space. Unfortunately they don't serve breakfast. The rooms are a bit dated, but still comfortable. The shower is too small, it's very hard to make any turns in it. Tv only has a few channels No coffee machine in the rooms (there is a water cooker though)

Rooms are luxurious, views from sea side rooms are unsurpassed, even side-view rooms have good views! There's room service daily and towels refreshed couple of times a week. Rooms are a bit on the high-end price wise but still worth it. The only thing I wish was different/better is that the location of the hotel is in a totally over-crowded beach with practically no sand strip to accommodate anyone...

Location: you can walk to Nessebar Old town; quiet area many taverns in the area with very good food; quiet beach, many markets and shops in the area. Host: kind, empathetic, pretty good English. The view from the room: exceptional. Cleanliness: very good. The furniture, the room facilities, the bedding, the internet - everything was very good. Price: exceptional. I recommend.

Ok hotel, good location. We had the apartment which is great. I would have given an extra star but the housekeeping was not good, the breakfast was not great, just things I expect. Second year we visited the restaurant and had our daughter's birthday there while on a holiday in Sveti Vlas. Staff is very hardworking. Good menu with delicious food. The best things about the place is the big kids room fully equipped for birthdays or even just a relaxing lunch or dinner. It has everything needed for kids to have fun.

Views were amazing (+10Leva for the beach view). Hotel itself was nothing special. Water levels for shower were too low, wifi in the room was weak, the room was not very clean (random hairs on bed sheets, coffee stain on drapes and dirty carpet). This hotel is good for the view and the proximity of the beach. If you're looking for a "hotel experience" I would go somewhere else.

Check in was great, staff is kind and smiling. AC was not working so it was a bit uncomfortable. The walls need some repainting or cleaning, but overall decent experience.

Hotel is nice and clean, great location too with free parking next to the property. Dog friendly! Didn’t try the breakfast. Minus for: - lack of transparency on the cost, make sure to agree on an offer via email beforehand. - light in the bathroom is sensor activated. A bit annoying to take a shower in the dark and have to wave at the sensor. - the toilet didn’t flush well.

Seems to be nice place, but rhe qualify the furniture and the bathrooms in the room is very low. Additionally, it is advertised that a buffet is included but it is so basic that it is better without this option.

From my point of view staying in this apartment with family was good decision. Despite of narrow location of buildings the complex on the whole is felt like a reliable fortress and makes the safety inner yard area with neighbours and without outside noise. Always love my stay at Julia Famt Apartments. My dad discovered it a few years ago as somewhere nice and quiet with secured parking. We have returned every year other than during lockdown. It is a lovely family run place with great sized apartments. There is one pool which is plenty big enough and a children's small pool to keep them entertained. Been staying here nearly 10 years now and love it so much, large spacious apartments, great pool, friendly staff, cleaning on request so as to not disturb you, towels changed regularly but if you need more just ask. The position is perfect for me as I can walk, New Nessebar, Old Nessebar and Sunny Beach but also bus is every 15 mins and only 2 Lev's. Can't wait to come back each year.

Hotel, 3 stars, good location. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the manager of Radostina for her prompt assistance in resolving an issue. However, I must mention that allowing guests to smoke on balconies is a significant inconvenience for families with children and individuals with allergies to tobacco smoke. This aspect negatively impacted our experience during our stay.

Pleasant experience at the begging of September. Special impression was food. The chief is very creative, there were a lot of interesting tastes and creations. Bravo for him! The stuff in the hotel is mostly from Ukraine and Kyrgyzstan. Some of them very nice, specially girls from Ukraine, but some of them always frowning and cold. Well, we need more local Bulgarian stuff !

Rooms are really clean, pool is amazing. The place is just tre right size, not too much walk to bar/restaurant/pool. Perfect place with kids. Little playground right next to it. I spent a few days at Hotel Palma in Sunny Beach this May as a solo traveler from Bulgaria, and I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel was quiet and peaceful – exactly what I was looking for to relax. I stayed at Hotel Palma in Sunny Beach this May with my girlfriend, and everything was really nice. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was great – close to the beach and restaurants. We had a relaxing holiday and would definitely come back again!

Came here from Rose village next door because they had nothing to drink, everyone who served us at the bar were so lovely and friendly compared to next door, we felt really appreciated, the cocktails and the steins of beer were excellent, if only we had known about this real hotel. An affordable and attractive option with proximity to a public beach (there are some stairs and an inclined walk, so keep in mind). The facility has a great pool on premises. Rooms are air-conditioned and spotless.
