Been staying here nearly 10 years now and love it so much, large spacious apartments, great pool, friendly staff, cleaning on request so as to not disturb you, towels changed regularly but if you need more just ask. The position is perfect for me as I can walk, New Nessebar, Old Nessebar and Sunny Beach but also bus is every 15 mins and only 2 Lev's. Can't wait to come back each year.

8 of us travelled for a week in Bulgaria, Hotel was very clean and tidy, staf were really helpful. All inclusive buffet was a decent standard. On site A la catre restaurant was lovely. Good pool and large outdoor bar area.

Pleasant experience at the begging of September. Special impression was food. The chief is very creative, there were a lot of interesting tastes and creations. Bravo for him! The stuff in the hotel is mostly from Ukraine and Kyrgyzstan. Some of them very nice, specially girls from Ukraine, but some of them always frowning and cold. Well, we need more local Bulgarian stuff !

Rooms are really clean, pool is amazing. The place is just tre right size, not too much walk to bar/restaurant/pool. Perfect place with kids. Little playground right next to it. Food was tasty, maybe a bit more snacks would be nice in-between meals and another person behind the pool bar but all together great value and really enjoyable holiday.

The food is mainly good but it's very repetitive. The room are ok, but the mattresses are no good, especially if you have back pain. The room service is nice but they don't clean your room for the whole of your stay which is a bit of an issue when you stay for 2 weeks. Always hard to write a review because mostly it's relative to your expectations, and I have to bear in mind this was our visit to Bulgaria, having previously had family (young kids) beach holidays in Portugal, Cyprus, Greece and Spain. On that wider point, I'd say Bulgaria has some catching up to do and only has the fact it's marginally cheaper in its favour e.g. Harmony Suites we paid a similar price...

Very friendly staff, booked us in 2 hours earlier as the room was available. Rooms are clean, housekeeping and everything working. Compare to other places in Bulgaria these people know how to offer good customer service. Any issues resolved fast. I was happy to stay there and girls at reception and bar, do a fantastic job.

Recommend to visit this place!

Exelent Aparthotel! very easy to get in there, just 10min walking to the beach. Hotel garden very well mantained, with tematic zones. Very nice Swiming pool with out door jaccuzzi.

We have visited this hotel on three occasions and each visit exceeds the previous. The staff are reception staff are friendly and always willing help. It is kept very clean and the apartments are well kitted out.

2nd year in a row that we've stayed here and already planning to return again. All the staff are friendly and helpful, the pooks and gardens kept spotless. The restaurant deserves a special mention as the food is superb and Emily is an absolute diamond.

Great place to stay for couples and familys.Had a ground floor flat with a small terrace opposite one of the pools,there are 3 on site,flat was very clean ,the maid came in every day,it wasent expecting that. The staff were very helpful when we needed to ask any questions,hairdryers irons are available for hire,there is food and drink on site,but we only ate either breakfast or lunch,very reasonable...

Stayed here for 2 weeks in august. Nice big 1 bedroom apartment. 2 pools on site and plenty of sunbeds. Their is a pool bar wich you can swim up to. Also a restaurant on site with indoor and outdoor seating.reasonable pricing in the restaurant. Their is money exchange service on site ofered by crown money exchange. Just outside their is a mini supermarket but within 5 minutes walk you have two large...
