Great hotel in the city center!

Arrived very late at night with my 6 year old son. Staff was very kind and helpful. Room was quiet and included air-con. Overall a nice and recommended hotel. Only downside is that there's no breakfast.

The rooms are small but well looked after. Nothing fancy with old fat TVs and just enough space. It's more of a place you use just for sleep and dumping your luggage. The beds are comfortable though and everything functions (mostly). Also, not all rooms have a bathroom/shower. But if you're such a snob to take issue in that then you don't deserve the kind, helpful and amazing service of the owner....

The owner of this hostel is a really amazing person-- very friendly, very helpful, will do anything to make his guests comfortable. The hostel itself is very clean and pleasant and located very close to the downtown. Would definitely recommend!

A really good place to stay at. It is located very near to the center of the town, in a very quiet area though. The rooms are clean, tidy and comfortable, our kind, friendly and helpful host Nina welcomed us warmly and made our stay really pleasant. I definitely recommend this place.

The room is great. The service as well. At some point there is no warm water, but it is not that of a problem, because it happens mostly late at night. Also there is nobody at reception most of the time and you have to call if you have an issue. Other than this, it is good. The location is perfect. I recommend.

Clean and cosy, no fridge. Very noisy when someone passes near the room or talks on the phone - you can hear everything. Good central location.

This place is amazing and it has the best value for money! The installations are beautiful, the restaurant is delicious and the personnel is exceptionally kind and helpful. A very recommended place to eat something or spend the night.

This hotel is extraordinary. The rooms are beautiful and you can apreciate a very beautiful calm room. Your children can play in the garden were they will find rabbits chewing grass. If they are a little bit older they can use the climbing wall. On top of that (no puns intended) the roofs are covered in grass and goats and rabbits live up there! Nice clean rooms and friendly stuff

We flew to Skopje and on our way to Sofia, we stopped for a night in Kyustendil. The hotel is right at the city centre. The room was spacious. The bathroom was was with a nice bath. When you arrive at 3 am, you think you would sleep at least until 8h30 am. But right above our room there were two workers who arrived at 8 and started making noise. But nvm, we spent a few good hours sleeping in the hotel

Thank you to the friendly staff and owner for making our stay at the Red House wonderful! The room was very big, cozy and clean. The bed, the shower, everything was brand new. The breakfast had a great variety and quality. Special compliments to the staff who were extremely friendly. Thank you for your understanding and attitude towards us!
