A really good place to stay at. It is located very near to the center of the town, in a very quiet area though. The rooms are clean, tidy and comfortable, our kind, friendly and helpful host Nina welcomed us warmly and made our stay really pleasant. I definitely recommend this place.

The room is great. The service as well. At some point there is no warm water, but it is not that of a problem, because it happens mostly late at night. Also there is nobody at reception most of the time and you have to call if you have an issue. Other than this, it is good. The location is perfect. I recommend.

Clean and cosy, no fridge. Very noisy when someone passes near the room or talks on the phone - you can hear everything. Good central location.

This place is amazing and it has the best value for money! The installations are beautiful, the restaurant is delicious and the personnel is exceptionally kind and helpful. A very recommended place to eat something or spend the night.

This hotel is extraordinary. The rooms are beautiful and you can apreciate a very beautiful calm room. Your children can play in the garden were they will find rabbits chewing grass. If they are a little bit older they can use the climbing wall. On top of that (no puns intended) the roofs are covered in grass and goats and rabbits live up there! We flew to Skopje and on our way to Sofia, we stopped for a night in Kyustendil. The hotel is right at the city centre. The room was spacious. The bathroom was was with a nice bath. When you arrive at 3 am, you think you would sleep at least until 8h30 am. But right above our room there were two workers who arrived at 8 and started making noise. But nvm, we spent a few good hours sleeping in the hotel

Thank you to the friendly staff and owner for making our stay at the Red House wonderful! The room was very big, cozy and clean. The bed, the shower, everything was brand new. The breakfast had a great variety and quality. Special compliments to the staff who were extremely friendly. Thank you for your understanding and attitude towards us! The location is quite good - there is parking and you can leave your car and get to the city centre on foot as it is very close. The room corresponds to the price you pay for. The furniture is old, but the mattress is huge and comfortable enough. My child slept great.

Very friendly staff. Park places directly next to entrance, and a small underground garage. Walking distance to Varosha and the city center. Awesome coffee place directly at the street corner!

Good place, near to center. Restaurant serve good meal. No elevator, lot of stairs, but no problem. Rooms oriented to street are more noise, but they have AC and you can close window. I enjoy stay here.

I only used the event hall and it served the purpose. It's quite small but big enough for geoups of 20-30 people. Good location but the yard needs some attention.

Great place. We spent a couple of days here with our dog and saw all the amazing sights in and around the town. The hotel is cozy, quiet and neat, the staff are friendly. I recommend this hotel because you can feel more comfortable here than a lot of other places where they charge you double. The Alpha Hotel is the perfect place to stay if you plan to spend most of your waking time exploring the town...

I stayed there for 6 nights and it was rather good but nothing great. I had a problem with the hot water but it was fixed quickly. The main issue was the wifi which was accessible only from the hall and not from the rooms.

Very nice hotel, the rooms are clean and the interior design is really good. The food is prepared quickly, and is very tasty. One thing though: please make the breakfast a buffet style, so people doesn't have to wait for the waiter.
