The rooms are clean, tidy and comfortable, our kind, friendly and helpful host Nina welcomed us warmly and made our stay really pleasant. I definitely recommend this place

A really good place to stay at. It is located very near to the center of the town, in a very quiet area though

Also showers at the pools shall have shampoo. There is water maschine only at the big inner pool, once there were two. The carpets and curtains shall be cleaned at least twice a year

The other pools -one inside and one outside were operatonal but there the water is mixed with cold tab water and has a lot of chlores that this time was really too much! They open the foors to ventilate the space in the morning so u come to the coldest place if kess then 8 degrees

Unfirtunatelly the hotel decided to refarbish the two small pools that are the only ones with mineral water and it took over 2 days. The smell if the owint was awful and could be smelled the third day after

Food shall be of better quolity when meet is concerned, and pillows too, curtons washed at least once a year, children controled not to jump all the time in the pools.

Great place for a weekend getaway ! The food was amazing! The bathtub is high so not very appropriate for people with mobility issues.

At some point there is no warm water, but it is not that of a problem, because it happens mostly late at night. Also there is nobody at reception most of the time and you have to call if you have an issue

Big spacious room, quite at the back side ! Good stay for the bucks!

Clean and cosy, no fridge. Very noisy when someone passes near the room or talks on the phone - you can hear everything. Good central location.

When you arrive at 3 am, you think you would sleep at least until 8h30 am. But right above our room there were two workers who arrived at 8 and started making noise

We flew to Skopje and on our way to Sofia, we stopped for a night in Kyustendil. The hotel is right at the city centre. The bathroom was was with a nice bath

Stayed here for just one night. But it was great. The rooms and beds were nice. The bathrooms were good. And the staff was pretty chill.

But nvm, we spent a few good hours sleeping in the hotel

I would complain about the conditions if the price wasn't low. Otherwise, the staff is friendly. Not a bad place for a cheap overnight stay after a long drive.

The villa is in the heart of a beautiful setting remote from the noise of the city. It offers peace and quiet and has everything you need for a nice stay: a pool, barbecue, nice garden and most of all, great hosts

If you need some peace and quiet to unwind then this is the place. If you need to relax with your family by the charming pool and enjoy the picturesque mountain view then that's the place

Room is OK. It was kinda hot when we got in the room so we turned on air-condition and there was a nasty smell from the floor unit of mold. And the bed is a bit hard.

Breakfast was not that diverse and you did not have many options but it was quite tasty 😋! The location was convenient because it had a parking lot and the motel was pretty close to the highway

Rooms are clean, it is relatively new, pillows are too tall, there's nothing for breakfast and it has rooms facing the highway, but with closed windows it is ok. A/C available. A car wash next to it.

We were able to book it on the same day as we arrived. The receptionist was really nice and waited for us to arrive late in the night. The rooms were spacious and clean

Low prices, very clean, good internet, the staff is great...about 2 km from city center but you can take taxi for 1.5 euro and get to downtown easily.

It is near to.main road. It is new, clean and nice.

On the ground floor there is a small guesthouse that does not always work, but if you let the owner know that you would like to eat there, he will be waiting for you! (in the entrance and on the first floor there is a meadow of stale and food, but on the 3rd floor where the guest rooms are pleasantly fragrant)

The price of accommodation is acceptable, especially for students and the location is not noisy as in the hotel's spa hotel

I have been to blagoevgrad in November 2023 and stayed at Monte Cristo hotel. The hotel is wonderful, the staff is very helpful, polite and friendly. The spa and the pools are amazing 😍 I had the best holiday ever

The delux room is lovely, I think best deal for space-price-bath (ours had a djakuzi which we used only as bath due to technical disruption. Also the apartments are nice too. Single, basic rooms arent worth it IMO

The location is perfect,near the mall and in a wonderful central square. All shorts of shops are around and you can find open shops even on Sundays. There is a museum nearby that you must visit

Lovely hotel, quality spa zone, amazing and kind staff. Indeed, the sulfur water has a weird smell, which is naturally biologically expected and those who complain clearly had no idea

The restaurant menu is a bit short but it is understandable since they just opened and its covid19 dead turism period. Good for families with kids and babies

And the price are very acceptable, especially if you go for launch they have the special launch menu where in my opinion the price is cheap for the quality and service they offer. You can get full for 10 lv or less

In the room there is a small refrigerator, a small TV, a closet and a work desk. The price-quality ratio is pleasing. In the hotel there is a bar and restaurant where you can order in the room

The only place in town to eat a proper food and dishes. They use good ingredients not the cheapest ones, they have real cooks that cook the food. They have proper waiters that know how to service

Must say i didnt expect a two star hotel to be so nice. Spacious room , nice garden where to have breakfast. They are very good in cooking fish, that is fresh from Greek

The hotel is located near the American University. The rooms are comfortable, clean and warm. Access to the rooms is done through the stairs

I only used the event hall and it served the purpose. It's quite small but big enough for geoups of 20-30 people. Good location but the yard needs some attention.

We had a great time at the hotel. There is a large and warm indoor pool, a variety of saunas and heated beds. On the outside there are two warm pools with mineral water, one of which has an eclosure

For a motel, it is very clean, the lady is very assertive even She does not speak english. Large and cheap meal portions.
