The location is perfect in Lovech, in the main town centre and 5 minutes walking to the covered bridge and the old town/ethnographic centre, fortress etc etc. The room was adequate for my needs, clean(ish) with desk and TV, bathroom was spotless.

It is under reconstruction so some stuff clearly need improvement. Other than that service was lovely. Mattress was perfect. And the room was spacious and tidy.

It's a very basic place, that's past it's prime. The rooms were inexpensive, but not too confortable. The bath rooms were as clean as their year long use allows for. All in all, you get the feeling, that this place hasn't changed since it was build. Ok for a night, but I wouldn't consider it for a longer stay.

I want to review only the restaurant, we ate here twice . The barbeque is delicious. We tried chicken steak, pork steak, meatball, sausage and everything was juicy and flavourful. If was a birthday gift - two nights plus horseback riding lessons. Wonderful place with enormous size luxury rooms. Food was tasty and the gists were very friendly and accommodating. The village is quite and clean and is a good base to go on short trips around and visit many natural wonders - caves, waterfalls, canions, etc.

I like the food it has very high quality. The staff is very mindful of the customers and the hotel takes great responsibility for former clients' mess. Their indoor pool is manageable, but could be better. We didnt get a chance to go to the indoor pool but they keep lovely hygiene for the outer area. We stayed here for one night over the Christmas 2021 holiday. There are some good points and some bad points. First of all though, I should point out that the price was right at the top end of what I would expect to pay in Bulgaria for such a room. A really nice and cosy place. Service was great, the food was good, prices were OK. The spa area was small but again very cosy. The entire hotel is full of art and interesting pieces. We had a lovely times and I would come back again some day. 🙏

The hotel is a secret gem in the Bulgarian mountains. Beautiful building, rooms, lobby and all facilities. There are several great restaurants within a 15 minute walk or a short drive. Better than sleeping in the car

We unfortunately had to stay overnight in the city and this was the one hotel that was opened during that time. It was late at night, almost midnight, no one answered our first phone call and after the second one the receptionist informed us that it is too late to check-in. Of course the hotel was not full and we were in an emergency so I do not understand what the problem was... She then agreed, price...

We just did a one night stay, a very modern look to this hotel. Clean and tidy but very basic. Breakfast was very good continental style nothing fancy. They did speak English. Location of the hotel is not nice area it looks like a building site and the hotel is not finished. But its ok for a quick stay.

Wonderful hosts and spectacular setting. Absolute hidden gem. We went for a very long hike and got lost, ended up being 4 hours away from our car with no busses or taxis. The host was super nice and came to get us.

Perfectly located as my base for the climb/hike to the nearby Mountain Botev and the peak. The Hotel had everything that i required and more, the room was very comfortable, spotlessly clean as was the bathroom. Breakfast and dinner was very tasty and inexpensive. Spotless clean, very comfortable, lovely food and friendly staff. Beautiful outdoor mineral pool and same inside mineral pool with steam rooms and sauna. Lovely setting in the heart of the BAlkan national park with forested mountains all around. Fantastic find and great value for money. Only critism is everything is in Bulgarian so doesn't cater for foreign travellers well but I will survive.

The food is good and the rooms are clean,but the only reason to give it four stars is bc when you are in the restaurant there is a buffet and it has some meals which are covered with something and no one can sneeze or cough on it,but at dinner the desserts weren't covered with anything! I recommend this place.

Hotel is in Chiflik village with open pool in which you can enjoy all night and watch the stars on the sky....the party starts around midnight with lots of alcohol and music. Jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath also available...food in the restaurant nothing special. Not quiet at night.

I had a lovely stay! Staff is experienced, knowledgeable and friendly. Swimming pools are hot and clean. Just a minus for housekeeping as they are not quite organized but when you ask them they will clean and respond with a good attitude.
