The location is perfect in Lovech, in the main town centre and 5 minutes walking to the covered bridge and the old town/ethnographic centre, fortress etc etc. The room was adequate for my needs, clean(ish) with desk and TV, bathroom was spotless.

It is under reconstruction so some stuff clearly need improvement. Other than that service was lovely. Mattress was perfect. And the room was spacious and tidy.

It's a very basic place, that's past it's prime. The rooms were inexpensive, but not too confortable. The bath rooms were as clean as their year long use allows for. All in all, you get the feeling, that this place hasn't changed since it was build. Ok for a night, but I wouldn't consider it for a longer stay.

Restaurant: Very good food, simple yet well made, arranged and served. The lemon tart is a must. The restaurant's external terrace offers a great view of the lower Totleben Dam.

I want to review only the restaurant, we ate here twice . The barbeque is delicious. We tried chicken steak, pork steak, meatball, sausage and everything was juicy and flavourful. If was a birthday gift - two nights plus horseback riding lessons. Wonderful place with enormous size luxury rooms. Food was tasty and the gists were very friendly and accommodating. The village is quite and clean and is a good base to go on short trips around and visit many natural wonders - caves, waterfalls, canions, etc.

I like the food it has very high quality. The staff is very mindful of the customers and the hotel takes great responsibility for former clients' mess. Their indoor pool is manageable, but could be better. We didnt get a chance to go to the indoor pool but they keep lovely hygiene for the outer area. I am pleased but there could be some improvements.

We stayed here for one night over the Christmas 2021 holiday. There are some good points and some bad points. First of all though, I should point out that the price was right at the top end of what I would expect to pay in Bulgaria for such a room. The hotel is a secret gem in the Bulgarian mountains. Beautiful building, rooms, lobby and all facilities. There are several great restaurants within a 15 minute walk or a short drive. We spent our time in the pool, traveling around, coffee places and restaurants, and mainly relaxing. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel restaurant can be better... A wonderful place to stay. It’s not luxurious, but it’s clean, affordable and the owners are truly kind and friendly. The owners don’t speak a lot of English, but google translate makes it all pretty easy. The place is only 3 km away from the monastery and the owner offered to drive us there. We are here for Easter and it is a great experience. We will happily return when we are in this area again...

The location is perfect. Much better than the other hotels in town. Breakfast was okay -the choice was not wide. Room cleanliness was good, also the beds were comfortable. The only down side are the pets -this is a pet friendly hotel and there were dogs barking left alone in some of the rooms and that was a bit annoying.

I like this place very very much! The house is big with a big yard which means that you can bring your go there with your pet (dog). There's a TV in every room and 12 people can sleep in the house. There's good WiFi in the house. Also there's a grill in the yard.
