Where to stay in Oreshak

Awesome place! Very clean and tidy. It has all the necessary amenities, they accept pets, which was most important to us. The owners were extremely kind, helped with everything we needed. I recommend with both hands!

Such a nice and cosy hotel! The rooms are spacious, super comfy and the whole hotel area is very nicely done. The pool area, the secret garden, ... Everything! The food is made of local specialties, so expect lots of tomatoes, cucumber and feta! But everything is yummy, from the breakfast to the diner. We stayed here for one night over the Christmas 2021 holiday. There are some good points and some bad points. First of all though, I should point out that the price was right at the top end of what I would expect to pay in Bulgaria for such a room. The good points: The room we took was described as a suite, and this is fair enough, given that there is a separate living areas, bedroom and bathroom...

A really nice and cosy place. Service was great, the food was good, prices were OK. The spa area was small but again very cosy. The entire hotel is full of art and interesting pieces. We had a lovely times and I would come back again some day. 🙏

Magical, unique place! The garden is wonderful, each room is thematic and the views are beautiful. The staff was extremely nice and professional and made our stay a perfect and really comfortable experience. Loved everything about the place.

The hotel is a secret gem in the Bulgarian mountains. Beautiful building, rooms, lobby and all facilities. There are several great restaurants within a 15 minute walk or a short drive. We spent our time in the pool, traveling around, coffee places and restaurants, and mainly relaxing. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel restaurant can be better... Clean, pool in yard, huge cantine on first floor, and other goodness... definitelly recommended Without changing my evaluation I would like to give some sugestion - How about the room to have an airconditioner? As person from cold Canada, it was difficult to asleep in the hot day/night :)

This place is nice and clean at affordable cost. Very warm in the winter.

Good service. There is swimming pool with cold water (it is not mineral one). The house is big, there is BBQ area outside.

A wonderful place to stay. It’s not luxurious, but it’s clean, affordable and the owners are truly kind and friendly. The owners don’t speak a lot of English, but google translate makes it all pretty easy. The place is only 3 km away from the monastery and the owner offered to drive us there. We are here for Easter and it is a great experience. We will happily return when we are in this area again...

The place is beautiful and cozy. The food is good too. The room was a bit dusty and I found some hair on the mattress. Apart from that the staff was friendly and the atmosphere really impressed me with all the silence and calmness.

This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff is also really friendly. Food is pretty good, some Bulgarian classics and some twists, and for their prices it’s 100% worth it.

I like the food it has very high quality. The staff is very mindful of the customers and the hotel takes great responsibility for former clients' mess. Their indoor pool is manageable, but could be better. We didnt get a chance to go to the indoor pool but they keep lovely hygiene for the outer area. I am pleased but there could be some improvements.

Very good hotel (three stars) in beautiful area next to the small city of Troyan. Situated in the forest park near the city. The personal is very pleasant and helpful. The rooms are good and mostly vast. The bathroom is somehow small and not very useful and is combined with toilet (where one star goes for the review). This hotel us a good base to explore the area. Staff are helpful, plenty if parking space, good size rooms, bed is comfortable. The bathroom is a bit outdated.

It's ok for a short a time there is a river near by and a small pool. A restaurant it's not very big but the food is great.

The area is beautiful. Rooms were OK but very dark, and the lower floor had a massive smell of smoking. Kitchen accessories are a little limited but that's enough for working around.

Wonderful hosts and spectacular setting. Absolute hidden gem. We went for a very long hike and got lost, ended up being 4 hours away from our car with no busses or taxis. The host was super nice and came to get us.
