The hotel is at an amazing location with nature surrounding it. It’s very quiet and peaceful unlike how it could be in the city sometimes. There is free parking which is a huge advantage these days as you’d rarely find any for free. Quiet and nice, placed on hill in the Park. Roomy rooms, somewhat unmaintained, but it's okay.

We visit only for one day . The staff really friendly. Food delicious. Room as well really good . Its a probably not reallu busy place so peaceful expirians. As not busy ill suspect that the rest of the reviews have a point . But dont worry im sure the staff will be helpful if situation like the one before. I like the food it has very high quality. The staff is very mindful of the customers and the hotel takes great responsibility for former clients' mess. Their indoor pool is manageable, but could be better. We didnt get a chance to go to the indoor pool but they keep lovely hygiene for the outer area. I am pleased but there could be some improvements.

Very good hotel (three stars) in beautiful area next to the small city of Troyan. Situated in the forest park near the city. The personal is very pleasant and helpful. The rooms are good and mostly vast. The bathroom is somehow small and not very useful and is combined with toilet (where one star goes for the review). The beds and pillows were rather uncomfortable and I personally didn't like the room interior or the piles of mattresses and cleaning supplies in the narrow hallways. However, the service was excellent and the restaurant/pool area was very pleasant. The breakfast was also great.

Stayed at this hotel at the end of November 23, my partner had a conference to go to there. We had landed in Sofia earlier in the day and were hit by the first real snow of the winter, this amounted to around 12 inches of snow and made us drive very slowly to the hotel, we actually arrived after midnight. The hotel is overall fine but the rooms are a bit worn-out. An unpleasant surprise was that the pool is open for everyone, it's not only for the hotel's guests. During the day the pool is full with people from outside the hotel and it gets really crowded and noisy. Not really a place where you can relax and enjoy.

The place was clean, room was nice size, plenty of space if you go with a baby. The inside pool is decent size for this size hotel. I’ve used both steam bath and sauna - working perfectly. Nice hotel but a bit worn-out interior of the rooms already. Room I stayed in was a single room which I found a bit small. Not many amenities in the room - no coffee and tea making facilities, no complimentary "Welcome" bottle of water. The bathroom particularly needs a lift-up - the door start to rotten, the shower head fall a part, the toilet seat a bit loose etc. The restaurant is very nice, good...

Great place with extremely kind, good and hospitable hosts! Our apartment was very spacious and cozy, and its large terrace overlooking the Balkans is a great place to have your morning coffee or tea. We will definitely come back again!
