Beautiful nature around! Decent rooms but we had problems with the hot water which was inconsistent.

On the 5th floor you can find pretty nice gelateria.

Good continental breakfast, friendly staff. They have parking places in front of the hotel. We only stayed for a night but it would be suitable for longer stays as well.

For God's sake, people "don't go" to this house, because you won't leave it like our company at the moment! Everything is great-clean, warm, calm, very cozy and has everything you need!

Great place, unique nature and very friendly staff. We had a gastronomical discovers of a Bulgarian kitchen at that place. The forests around the hotel makes this place easy to breathe )) in one of the restaurants the best place is near a fireplace when it is cold outside. And of course nice Bulgarian wine and rakia ))

It was a perfect 3 days stay, nice hotel, at a fantastic location and a room view. Very good kitchen at a native Bulgarian restaurant mehana, friendly staff. The swimming pool and the position of it is extraordinary!!! It is like you are at the top of the mountains and nothing around you but the nature. Clean and quiet place, suitable for a relaxing family holiday. The pool is clean and quite big. The restaurant is not that good though. The breakfast was really poor.

Beautiful surroundings, very clean public spaces and a large comfortable family room that would easily sleep 6. The food was delicious, if I had one criticism, it was that there was too much of everything. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was a big bonus.

The rooms have enough space, the inner pool has warm water, the food in the restaurant was very delicious but the staff was very slowly. The hotel is in the heart of the mountains and you can have a deep sleep because of the fresh air. I recommend this place for a holiday or a teambuilding! Thank you.

The hotel is actually in good shape! Some good old school establishment with the very best traits from the Socialism life! The hotel is actually quite big and I am surprised on how well it is beeing kept clean! The rooms are nice and tidy with all the essentials a person might need. Considering the low prices this is just perfect! Definitely recommended.

Great place! Nice rooms, kind stuff, perfect location. The SPA center is also good. Child friendlt, with places to take walks. Only the central heating didn't work so well, but we get an electric heater from reception. We'll visit again in the spring. 😊

The service, attitude and personal touch of the place is great. The hosts were very nice and polite. The only downside for me was the fact that the windows did not have insect nets and the price is too expensive in my opinion.

Amazing place to visit. The staff is aways friendly and kind. The room was very cozy, just big enough for two people and a suitcase. Everything was clean and the bed was comfy.  The place has an unique charm and a relaxed vibe. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

The rooms were big and furnished as much as needed. There was really fun playground for kids. The food was tasty! Also there was a bbq you can use on your own. We didn't try the swimming pool since the water was still cold, but it looked nice from aside. The owners were really helpful as well. There is a path going up in the forest reaching meadows with wild flowers. Perfect for long or short walks...

Well-renovated hotel, in the woods just above Pirdop with private free parking, inside pool, kids center, sauna, private disco/bar, spacious rooms, good food in the restaurant, nice staff.They have a small park with deer. 4 stars, bacause there is nothing much to do in the area, besides some trails for hiking.

I had a lovely stay! Staff is experienced, knowledgeable and friendly. Swimming pools are hot and clean. Just a minus for housekeeping as they are not quite organized but when you ask them they will clean and respond with a good attitude.

A very nice pool with not that hot mineral water. There is another smaller pool with different sections ranging from cold to very hot water.

The room was really big (for two people) and clear.

It is set in a really nice and quiet region. The air you breath, you can feel its cleanness. The food is amazing. The service and the staff are also very kind and positive, always with a smile. The hotel also has an inside pool, which is a big plus. The corridors are clean and the rooms, too. You can just get carried away and lose yourself in there.

The location and view are very nice. Swimming pool has good size and the water is hot but the property is not well kept. The food at the restaurant is not good.

Spotless clean, very comfortable, lovely food and friendly staff. Beautiful outdoor mineral pool and same inside mineral pool with steam rooms and sauna. Lovely setting in the heart of the BAlkan national park with forested mountains all around. Fantastic find and great value for money. Only critism is everything is in Bulgarian so doesn't cater for foreign travellers well but I will survive.

The food is good and the rooms are clean,but the only reason to give it four stars is bc when you are in the restaurant there is a buffet and it has some meals which are covered with something and no one can sneeze or cough on it,but at dinner the desserts weren't covered with anything! I recommend this place.

I have spent really good quality time over there. The place has everything you need, so you will be able to feel the spirit of the Trojan Balkans. It’s placed below one of the hills and it has Osam river nearby. This place is absolutely quiet and you can have your mind releaved from the stress in the big city. Amazing location and a cosy pool, but that's about it. There were many things like mould and dirt that made our stay not such a pleasant piece or experience. I believe the villa has a good potential, but it's neglected. Also, there's not much of a parking space.
