Beautiful nature around! Decent rooms but we had problems with the hot water which was inconsistent.

On the 5th floor you can find pretty nice gelateria.

Good continental breakfast, friendly staff. They have parking places in front of the hotel. We only stayed for a night but it would be suitable for longer stays as well.

The hotel was very nice, our room was clean and the food at the restaurant was very delicious. The breakfast was amazing and the personnel at the restaurant were very friendly and polite.

Relatively clean hotel, but there is much to be desired. The room has no air conditioning and a fan, at air temperatures in Teteven 35 g is absolutely necessary. The contacts are almost crazy. Pleasant atmosphere, great customer service, extremely delicious food. It's not expensive at all. The rooms are small but clean, there is also a pool. The view from the balcony was wonderful.

Great place, unique nature and very friendly staff. We had a gastronomical discovers of a Bulgarian kitchen at that place. The forests around the hotel makes this place easy to breathe )) in one of the restaurants the best place is near a fireplace when it is cold outside. And of course nice Bulgarian wine and rakia ))

It was a perfect 3 days stay, nice hotel, at a fantastic location and a room view. Very good kitchen at a native Bulgarian restaurant mehana, friendly staff. The swimming pool and the position of it is extraordinary!!! It is like you are at the top of the mountains and nothing around you but the nature. Clean and quiet place, suitable for a relaxing family holiday. The pool is clean and quite big. The restaurant is not that good though. The breakfast was really poor.

Beautiful surroundings, very clean public spaces and a large comfortable family room that would easily sleep 6. The food was delicious, if I had one criticism, it was that there was too much of everything. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was a big bonus.

Good place for rest and chill in the mountine. Friendly people and service, clean and cosy rooms. The buffet has been a bit sparce with too few oprions, especially for breakfast but the food itself was good.

Amazing mountain view, beautiful and verry well maintained garden and verry nice pool. There is restaurant and small SPA center. Rooms can be improved a lot.

The rooms have enough space, the inner pool has warm water, the food in the restaurant was very delicious but the staff was very slowly. The hotel is in the heart of the mountains and you can have a deep sleep because of the fresh air. I recommend this place for a holiday or a teambuilding! Thank you.

The hotel is very good, the rooms are large and clean. The staff is very polite and professional. And on top of that the food in the restaurant is really really tasty.

Excellent villa, fully furnished and spacious, comfortably there are 8 people and space remains. Around the Villa there is a small garden with swimming pool and kitchenette / grill. Wonderful place! Gorgeous hosts! All amenities in the house! We are here for the second time and IT WILL NOT BE THE LAST!

For God's sake, people "don't go" to this house, because you won't leave it like our company at the moment! Everything is great-clean, warm, calm, very cozy and has everything you need!
