Nice location ,good hotel , beautiful view, normal food with good presentation and typical Bulgarian service with answers of my questions every time with :” I don’t know 🤷♂️ ☺️😂
There is no elevator to the second floor. The food and service are very nice.
The place was amazing! It is in a calm quiet area, well maintained and has a really good spa center and open yard to just chill or for kinds to play around. There are lot of parking stops. The restaurant was really nice as well with good variety - the lunch was served really fast and it tasted goos. The dinner and the breakfast were on a all you can eat table and they had some interesting stuff like...
Decent value for 3 star hotel. Rooms are clean. Food is delicious, BUT a bit expensive. So bear in mind when you visit the restaurant
Has its good and its bad sides. The bed was uncomfortable, SPA and food were good.

It was very clean, the room we've been in had view to the lake

This place is fantastic, the view is amazing! The hotel is clean and cozy, the staff is very friendly. The spa area is small but really nice, with breathteaking view! The menu in the restorant is short and the food is good. I would definitely visit it again with the kids!
Overpriced for the facilities, which it has. The SPA was just a sauna and steam bath. But the view is amazing
The jacuzzi wasnt working, the lady responsible for the spa wasn't realy kind. For this price there are much better places. The spa is small and there is no pool, they just warm it for us and keep on asking us should they turn off the spa if we are not planing to use it. The brekfast included wasn't buffet and you could get only one dish or sandwich. The hotel itself looks nice with beautiful view...

Good location - beautiful views, nice and clean rooms, not bad food ... quite unfriendly staff - did not let us play table games in the lobby/restaurant though we were the only guests and booked the hole hotel, started to clean something with vacuum cleaner 8 in the morning, unfriendly attitude. The place opposite may not be so posh but the staff is friendly and the food tasty.
We had a great stay at La Casa. The place was quiet and calm. The food in the restaurant was very delicious.
