We were surprised by the hospitality and warm attitude of the staff and the management. Location is just perfect with a lovely view towards the mountains, rooms are spacious, the garden is amazing and last but not least - the food! I strongly recommend to everyone who considers visiting Karlovo! Thank you!

The rooms were a bit pricey for what we got but the pool was amazing. The garden is great for walks and it has 2 friendly cats that greet you straight from the parking. It's adorable

The hotel was amortizer as base material and there is an urgent need for major repair. All the rest is even more than 5 stars.

This is a great family hotel with a spa and relax centre and truly awesome homemade cuisine. It is minutes away from the city bath, the sanatorium for rehabilitation, and the mineral bath Bantche. The rooms are clean, cozy, airconditioned, with a mini-fridge, and a balcony. I would give an excellent rating, the hotel part is new - wonderful mattresses, sheets, warm and clean. But the restaurant is very bad - there is no menu, the selection is limited, the prices are a surprise, very unpleasant. Once you are lied to, you will not repeat it! It is a pity, the restaurant damn the good impression..

We visited together with my 4 friends and we were very satisfied. We did not have the opportunity to meet the owners, but the maid was very kind and courteous during the two nights we stayed. There is a jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. The rooms we stayed in are new, well done and very comfortable beds. For sure, if we come to Banja again, we will visit the hotel! A great place to rest. Kind hosts, comfortable rooms with brand new mattresses, delicious food. In close proximity to the swimming pool in the village of Banya, to Bancheto and the outdoor mud treatment. Possibility of spa treatments for an additional fee. Everything is new and very well maintained.

Very cozy, clean and stylish hotel. The room was spacious, made with a lot of thought (enough sockets and several mirrors, large bed, air conditioning, thick curtains). In short, all amenities and comfort. The hostess was extremely kind to us. We would definitely come again for more time!

Friendly staff, homemade breakfast and good utilities. Ideal stay before or after hiking in the Central Balkan National Park. Located near the start point "Panicite".

We liked the patio a lot. The host was very helpful, he recommended a great local pub. The room was big and the air conditioner was a plus. We will definitely recommend the place to our friends and family.

Best hotel for a simply beautiful stay. The hotel had everything we needed for our hiking holiday, and the hosts were so welcoming, telling us a lot about the area. We hope to come back soon when the roses are in bloom and we can try more of the rose treats made by the hosts.

The guest house is very cozy and is right in the middle of the town and yet it is located on a quiet street, just a few steps from the memorial house of Hristo Botev. The hosts are very kind and helpful people.

Amazing place that I strongly recommend. Though you cannot tell it looking from outside of the house. Once you enter there's a nice yard. It's very calm. Good value for the money as well. The host is super friendly and helpful.

The nature around is fantastic. This is a good place for relax, however the building/rooms are kind of oldish. We were hicking and it was not a big deal. We had some issues with the hot water tho.

Room was clean and comfortable. However, the included breakfast (open buffet) wasn't very good. Also one of the 'perks' was table tennis which turned out to be located in a dirty basement which was super cold. All in all, given the price tag,. I guess there are better places around.

We were staying for 2 nights. I have never been to a SPA hotel before so it was ok. The indoor pool is very smal. The Sauna is leeking from the ceiling. Everything else was fine. I am not amazed but it wasn't a vad experience.

Aside from the beautifully made pool, there's no reason to consider this hotel. My room was moldy and cold (no ability to change their heat setting). Staff were borderline rude. The pool and steam room were closed early, opened late.
