Great garden, suitable for a family vacation. Great location. Everything that is needed for preparation of food or barbecue in the yard is at guests' disposal. Bathrooms need some refurbishing, otherwise all is perfect.

A small paradise in the not very appealing town of Perushtitsa. It has actually two houses, one of which is older but still clean and tidy as the new one. Even with the spiral staircase to the the third floor, it is pleasant and somehow romantic, especially the room with a normal window. Wonderful garden with some shady benches and a swing.

Two different buildings - old and new. If are unlucky to get a room in the old one you miss 1/2 of the complex extras. No price discount for old building.

Wonderful "all in" hotel & spa complex, great service (incl. taking care of the children) and impressive restaurant - we went for à la carte but the buffet looked amazing as well. It's worth paying extra for one of their VIP apartments, we will definitely be back!

It is very nice place with quite big and hot 40C inner pools and big outer one.The pools are clean and checked often. Its very convenient for children because there are many utilities made for them. Great hotel with absolutely stunning kids park! There is a donkey and little ducks! The restorant had good food, the pools were clean, the staff were attentive! I never used the spa, but there was nice inside pool and jacuzzi, good for winter months.

Everything was absolutely perfect. The staff members are always kind and fun, friendly, approachable and help around. Didn’t have a lighter and one of the staff members gifted me his, forgot my charger at home and they gave me one of theirs, otherwise I may not have been able to wake up for work the next day! Happy to go there every so often!

The place is located in a modern neighborhood, which of course has its downsides - the road to the hotel is almost non existent and it's not easy to find it. However, the hotel is clean and cozy. Service is excellent, there is a small bar available with limited variety of options, but still it's ok. It was a bit noisy in the night, the person at the reception seemed to had been doing some work.

Was there on short business trip to Plovdiv. Easy to reach with free parking possibilities. Nice area, rooms were very clean and spacious and most important quiet. So could work and rest without being disturbed. Staff always nice and friendly, so altogether fully recommend.

Amazing and quiet place to stay at when in Plovdiv. I must say that the staff is very helpful and friendly, the rooms are clean and spacious, and hanging by the bar or outside is a great experience. A very quiet, clean, and respectful site. It's a bit confusing with the booking system ( Online), but once you get through the booking system it's good. Clean bathrooms, showers, and individual pitches. A Hotel and glamping with a games area cooking facilities grey water and fresh water also available. Very nice.

We were in a motorhome and stopped here for 4 nights. It is a very nice campsite but relies on QR codes, which not everyone is familiar with, or likes. The washing machine takes 4 hours!! That needs to be addressed. Transport to the city is perfect and only costs 1 lev each way. A really good site. The website cannot access prices.

Brilliant location for vising Plovdiv. Only one sanitary (1 x loo, 1 x shower) open in winter, but thankfully only a couple of campers on site when we were here. Facilities are good. Book ahead to gain access to site via QR code. Had some issues with the booking as only Gmail account would be recognised to book.

I was impressed from this hotel. First of all the rooms were big, cozy and they had a balcony with a view of the canal. Second of all the food was amazing. My favorite one was the carbonara. You have to order it. The service was polite. The breakfast was luxury and finally it is really cheap. My favorite hotel I ever visited.

We had an absolutely phenomenal stay ! Our experience was made a whole lot better because of the lady at reception called Alex. She was so helpful & accommodating ! The room, bedroom & bathroom looked exactly like the pictures, if not better. As it was freezing temperatures the heater warmed the entire place up in no time ! It was a perfect location as we had Kaufland on our door step.

The reception is very helpful. Immaculate hotel. The only drawback is parking fee. But you are likely to find parking space in and around the front.

Unique place with perfect parking!

This is a great little hotel with the most wonderful staff. Within minutes of arrival I injured my hand in a freak accident. Ina in reception volunteered to take me to A&E at the local hospital. Everything is good except for the second building where the lift doesnt work.

Reasonably clean. Comfy bed. Still the AC below was damaged and made loud rattling noises all 3 nights we stayed despite that we informed reception. The hotel told us they thought the issue was fixed. So there must have been some miscommunication between the staff. The restaurant was good and service as well.

Excellent place to stay in Plovdiv,rooms are very large and beautiful decorated.Parking area is very large next to the hotel.The only thing they have to take care is the breakfast which is very very basic.

We were accommodated in the 2nd building (behind the restaurant) and the room was not properly cleaned. The bathroom looked like it was last cleaned at least two weeks ago, one of the towels was quite old and its edges were trimmed. Ok for one night sleep, but far from comfort

okay for the price, rooms were quite dirty and our sink was in our shower also bed sheets were just pieces of material that kept coming off. staff was friendly and helpful. very beautiful from the outside and close to shopping and sports centres. 5 minutes drive to the town centre . you get what you pay for.

Tip: walk through the underground shopping/station tunnel to get to the hotel in less than half the time Google thinks it will take.

Hotel has pretty old feeling, bathrooms were pretty unpleasant and in the hallway there was cockroach. Good place if you need place just for overnight stay, because of prices.

Great location! The place is everything you need for a night or two in the town. Staff at the reception is very friendly. Even though you are literally on the second floor of the train station the windows are good enough and you do not hear anything! Definitely will come again.

Mid level stay Hotel’s facilities are not good. The restaurant was closed. The pool is open for everyone with a fee and closed at 19:30. The receptionist does not know english and rude. The room is big enough but there is no private bathroom, just a glass place with filming.

Travelled with our pet - that's the reason why we picked this hotel actually - it's a dog friendly place. The location is superb, but the rooms are kinda average. The breakfast can be improved a lot, we were not able to eat any of the stuff there, coffee options limited and quite bad in terms of quality/taste. Overall - average.

Nice location, but the rooms are a bit old-fashioned and motel-ish for such a centre-situated hotel of 4 stars. The heating was turned up to the max, so when I got into the room I was literally inside a sauna. There was no parking available. The personnel was nice.
