Friendly, efficient and effective check-in. Great apartment with heaps of space. The bathroom had a shower with very strong pressure and heat — perhaps the best I have had. The hotel is on a plaza and has a bottle shop literally two shops away and lots of food and entertainment possibilities all around.

It's a good place to explore the town of Ruse. On weekends, you can hear music from the nearby restaurants until around 10pm. Personally, I think it's fine as long as you don't mind it.

This hotel was our favorite during our stay in Bulgaria. The building was interesting, the rooms were cozy, and the owner was the absolute best. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We loved the location for walking to the city center, grocery store, along the Danube, and parks.

Clean room, fresh linen, very friendly host! Great little hotel at a great location near the river and city center with excellent amenities in common areas, including a full kitchen and dining room. Balcony overlooks the Danube river and is gorgeous at sunset. There's also Lidl grocery store nearby.

The room is clean but a bit dated and small for 2 people. The Location is very good and it has working a/c and you can darken the room in the night if you want to. The Wifi is fast and reliable, you can easily stream 1080p videos

It's a good hotel for a short stay. The building is old and the height of the room's ceiling attests to that. But it's renovated and everything is nice and clean. The hotel is located close to the river but not far from the center either. Good breakfast with eggs to order.

Perfect stay in Ruse! I love this city and the beat hotel is Anna Palace. In the city center, 2 min walk from the pedestrian street, shops and restaurants as well as the Danube River. The rooms are completely renovated, large and comfortable bathroom. The staff is very polite and helpful, especially the girl at breakfast. We would stay again.

The hotel is in the city center in a quiet and peaceful place. There is free parking. The building is historic and the interior is very impressive. The staff is very helpful, they guided us to many attractions of the city. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant, it was very delicious. Thank you

Great place to stay for exploring Ruse city centre. Everything is at waking distance from the place. Our room was big, bright and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I guess it depends which room you're at. It's not a hotel, it's a hostel. On the underground floor the bathrooms/toilets were shared, which wasn't what we had in the booking offer, and my friends were really really bothered by that. Lucky for us there wasn't anyone else on the floor at the time, so we went along with it for just the night. The location is perfect, yes. And the price is quite fair....

Very lovely owner, makes her own cheese and bread for breakfast, wish we could have stayed for more than one night! She also kept our bags after we checked out until we left in the afternoon, which was extremely helpful l!

Nice and cosy, this is a typical English style hotel all the way over in Ruse. The owner/manager is a a very polite lady who will make sure you have everything you need, will serve an amazing breakfast and will give you her advices on your stay in the town or your journey ahead.
