Hotels in Shumen

Pleasant stay. Very friendly and nice staff.

Fantastic accommodation and service, would highly recommend :)

Very friendly, rooms are big and price absolut ok. Very clean and good food in Restaurant! Will come again when I am around!

Good hotel. I take out one star, because the breakfast is not the best

Very good choice. Rooms are line 5 star hotel (like Grand Hotel Sofia). Don't hesitate to chose it. Worth it.

Small hotel with kind personnel and good service. Close to the platou and monument steps. Really good starting point for paragliding HQ and nature exploration

The bed was awful, the room is very basic. The only good thing is the staff, which was helpful and friendly. The most important for one hotel is the bed and to be quiet, here was only quiet.

Clean & comfortable rooms The staff is not very helpful, but at least tries to be friendly

Very nice and quiet hotel near the center. Personal is friendly. Rooms have computers and WLAN. Nice view over the city and to the near hills. We always stay there when visiting Shumen.

Generally, the hotel is located near the sea (200 metres - according to my Amazfit). Rooms are cleaned every day, there are not problems with wifi or TV. The bathroom is traditional Bulgarian - WC + washbasin + shower in one room. It is maybe strange - but traditional :-)! The restaurant offers good meals for average prices. In June 2023 there were not any breakfasts offered - probably because of the...

Hotel is a small quaint inn. There is no elevator and the flight of stairs is fairly steep. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were cozy and tastefully decorated. There is no breakfast option offered at the hotel. Wi-Fi was very slow when it worked which was about a quarter of the time. Very near lots of shopping and restaurants. Parking is along the street and often we had to park several blocks away

Excellent hotel at a reasonable price. Very pleasant and clean room. I mean it was sparkling, spotless, incredible, super clean! I really liked the decoration, there was a desk for work and the room was cozy and comfortable. There is a coffee machine available. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking available. Great location. I highly recommend this hotel and will come back. So far this place...

The hotel was very clear and cozy. The staff was very polite, they helped us to find nice places for breakfast.

This is a hidden gem. Very centrally located, with a place to park, nice restaurants and bars close by. Room was spacious and so clean and air conditioned which was a plus in the hot weather. When it comes to the price - you get so much more compared to what you pay. Definitely will stay again. Much recommended.

Very nice small hotel. Every detail made with passion and care. Personal very accommodating.

A wonderful hotel, clean, peaceful with smiling and friendly staff

Pleasant and cozy with crystal clear air in the area, in winter. Two minutes from the pedestrian area.

Location amd free parking are the best parts. But don't wait for the comfortable bed or various breakfast. Staff don't know English, they talk on Bulgarian and Russian; but they are friendly. Rooms ok

Excellent food - not many things with interesting combinations of flavors and stunning plating, warming 100% professional service, cozy and domestic atmosphere. Prices are affordable.

Very nice atmosphere, service and food!

Really delicious dishes. Ask the waiters for suggestions.

I like this place , it make's me feel like home❤,the food is good and tasty, the prices are also cheap👌

Small family hotel. Nice rooms, clean but little bit chic. Have own downstairs restaurant with quite good kitchen. Good wine selection. Hotel service staff is very nice but need professional improvement.

Very pleasant place. Clean and comfortable.

For that price its a perfect hotel

Cool and cosy place to sleep one night

Nice place with friendly people. No breakfast.

Thank you for every think.its clean pleace.

Such nice waiters, great rooms, exquisite dining for all ages. The TV is large, good view from every corner. The bed is comfortable and big. I completely recommend this hotel 100%!

Great staff, clean rooms and delicious food in the restaurant. It has parking spaces and is located within walking distance of the city center. There are shops, restaurants and cafes nearby.

Most probably one of the best hotels in Shumen. First-time stay at this hotel and fully satisfied. Strongly recommended. 1. Location is perfect. Only a few minutes walk to the city center. Supermarket Billa and restaurants are very near. 2. Small but recently constructed hotel. Very clean and modern. But don't expect outside view since it is located in the residential area. 3. English or French...

The hygiene in our room was not up to the rest of the hotel. There was a strong smell and the bathroom wasn't perfectly clean. The service at the reception was good, at breakfast was so so.

The hotel exceeded my expectations with its excellent service, delicious food, and spotless rooms. Everything I needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay was thoughtfully provided.

beautifull rooms, nice restaurant, nice and quiet street and close to the city centre. give it a try, u will not regret it

Nice and cozy place, great design and pleasant service....A wonderful place to stay....

Good place to stay. Lovely personal, nice restaurant. Definitely good choice!

Good service and value for money overall. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious.

Amazing place. Awesome service.

Everything is good, but the price is too high in comparison with other places.

Great staff, great hotel and rooms, can't recomend it enough!!! Incredible value for money!!!

The staff was very polite. The room was really clean and tidy and exactly like in the pictures. There was place for parking and the bathtub was great. Perfect especially for the price.

Very good location, nice, modern, tidy and comfortable place, responsive and kind personnel! Highly recommend!

Lovely place! Clean, cozy and in a great location!

Nice and clean, good food and lovely staff
