The bed was awful, the room is very basic. The only good thing is the staff, which was helpful and friendly. The most important for one hotel is the bed and to be quiet, here was only quiet.

Very nice and quiet hotel near the center. Personal is friendly. Rooms have computers and WLAN. Nice view over the city and to the near hills. We always stay there when visiting Shumen.

Generally, the hotel is located near the sea (200 metres - according to my Amazfit). Rooms are cleaned every day, there are not problems with wifi or TV. The bathroom is traditional Bulgarian - WC + washbasin + shower in one room. It is maybe strange - but traditional :-)! The restaurant offers good meals for average prices. In June 2023 there were not any breakfasts offered - probably because of the...

Hotel is a small quaint inn. There is no elevator and the flight of stairs is fairly steep. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were cozy and tastefully decorated. There is no breakfast option offered at the hotel. Wi-Fi was very slow when it worked which was about a quarter of the time. Very near lots of shopping and restaurants. Parking is along the street and often we had to park several blocks away

Excellent hotel at a reasonable price. Very pleasant and clean room. I mean it was sparkling, spotless, incredible, super clean! I really liked the decoration, there was a desk for work and the room was cozy and comfortable. There is a coffee machine available. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking available. The hotel was very clear and cozy. The staff was very polite, they helped us to find nice places for breakfast.

This is a hidden gem. Very centrally located, with a place to park, nice restaurants and bars close by. Room was spacious and so clean and air conditioned which was a plus in the hot weather. When it comes to the price - you get so much more compared to what you pay. Definitely will stay again. Much recommended.

Location amd free parking are the best parts. But don't wait for the comfortable bed or various breakfast. Staff don't know English, they talk on Bulgarian and Russian; but they are friendly. Rooms ok

Small family hotel. Nice rooms, clean but little bit chic. Have own downstairs restaurant with quite good kitchen. Good wine selection. Hotel service staff is very nice but need professional improvement.

Great staff, clean rooms and delicious food in the restaurant. It has parking spaces and is located within walking distance of the city center. There are shops, restaurants and cafes nearby.

Most probably one of the best hotels in Shumen. First-time stay at this hotel and fully satisfied. Strongly recommended. 1. Location is perfect. Only a few minutes walk to the city center. Supermarket Billa and restaurants are very near. 2. Small but recently constructed hotel. Very clean and modern. But don't expect outside view since it is located in the residential area. 3. The hygiene in our room was not up to the rest of the hotel. There was a strong smell and the bathroom wasn't perfectly clean. The service at the reception was good, at breakfast was so so.

The staff was very polite. The room was really clean and tidy and exactly like in the pictures. There was place for parking and the bathtub was great. Perfect especially for the price.
