Nice place, cosy rooms, small bathrooms with not enough extras. But very nice staff and good location close to the centre of the town.

The hotel is nice, clean, with a good location - on the main street and close to the city center. The rooms are spacious, with comfy beds, big bathrooms and are cleaned every day. The rooms also have air conditioning- considering the heat in the summer in Zlatograd, this is saving lives :) The hotel is close also to a spa complex (2 min walking - Aqua Spa Zlatograd), where you can enjoy and relax....

A week ago we returned from a seven-day vacation at the White Sea Hotel, Banite. I liked the apartment, the location of the hotel (close to the sanatorium and, accordingly, the procedures), polite staff, delicious food... The only disapproval is that we only used the jacuzzi on the first day, on the second day it broke down and by the end of our stay they were unable to fix it.

The room was great, the staff was very friendly. The restaurant adjusted hours to our needs and had great local cuisine. In addition, we were provided with spa procedure free of charge.

In the restaurant the smoking is permitted. Maybe they consider a closed terrace as an open-air terrace, which is not the case in winter. People smoke there even there were a lot of small kids playing, having birthday parties, etc. It could be they are backed up by some "indulgent" authorities. Don't forget, it's Bulgaria :) Otherwise, the food and the service are excellent.

Nice place in a good location. My comment is inly for the restaurant. The service was quite slow. Some of the meals were out of stock, but people which came after us got the particular meals. Excellent breakfast, not very varied but ok. A la carte dining, reasonable prices and good food. Location close to the city centre. We paid 100 leva for dinner for four people, with drinks (3 beers, one whisky, juices). We stayed here to break in two a long and tiring trip from Romania to Greece and it was an excellent choice.

Pleasant place to stay in Kardjali. Nothing exceptional but very good service. Rooms are quiet and bed very comfortable. Parking available. And swimming pool, unfortunately empty at this time

Hotel is ok staff r helpful and friendly. Food is good and cheap just it takes so long 2 get there 4 hours from sofia on coach . No train service . . Pool is good life guard is a good man . Amazing rooms with comfortable beds, 🛏 clean bathrooms, and lots of space. The tv remote is a bit hard to work with, but once you get the hang of it, it's all good. 🖥 The only disappointments in the room were the paper thin slippers and the shower head.🚿 The view was not bad, but there is a casino right next to the hotel. At night, some strange noises occurred, and the LOCKED door opened by itself...

It's a nice 2 star hotel. At the center of the town. But all of the rooms are really noisy. One looks on the main street and traffic is permanent. The other side is the back of the hotel where 10 air condition and ventilating system works all day and night and it's impossible to sleep on am open window. Very central place in Kardjali. The hotel has been recently renovated. From your room, you can hear the city hall's carillon, one of the major attraction of the city.

It’s a modest place. People are kind and welcoming. The hotel is clean and according to the category 3* is fine. The room was clean and perfectly kept. It is near shops and the center. CONS: the breakfast was modest too, really! I liked the only coffee I was given though.

It is in a quiet neighborhood. The room is large, equipped with a wardrobe, cabinets, table, dressing table, chairs. The bathroom /bathroom and toilet/ is not small. Clean. Check-in is friendly and quick. The host is very welcoming. He helped us park the car, which is not easy, given the narrow street. The restaurant was not open, but the host directed us to a nearby restaurant with delicious food...

Good hotel. The staff is very friendly, the room was clean. The location is great. You can have complimentary coffee in the lobby which was very nice! However the water pipes were very noisy in our room. On the terrace there were three A/Cs, thankfully nobody was using them, otherwise we would not get much sleep. Nice hotel, near to the center you can find everything

Good place for one night. Bed is corrupted and noisy, pillows are not usable, in bathroom bathtub was broken, shower broken too, wall are thin and you'll hear all neighbors. There's no such breakfast... Restaurants near are good and this is only thing that saves good impression about Smolyan.
