It has rooms on several floors and no elevator, so be prepared you will need to carry your luggage 2 or 3 floors on the stairs if you get a room there. The personnel is very polite and answers requests quickly

The hotel is nice, clean, with a good location - on the main street and close to the city center. The rooms are spacious, with comfy beds, big bathrooms and are cleaned every day

After a day of hiking and exploring, the swimming pool with mineral water was the perfect place to relax and recharge. This place offered the perfect combination of nature, comfort, and local charm

The only disapproval is that we only used the jacuzzi on the first day, on the second day it broke down and by the end of our stay they were unable to fix it

Wonderful garden and traditional interior of the restaurant, god location for a starting point to numerous hiking trails, biking routes, natural ad historical sites in the locality.

This hotel is in the city center of Kardzhali. There is big private outo parking area of the hotel. There is outside swimming pool. Inside and outside restaurants are big and quality. Hotel & restaurant prices are normal

Pleasant place to stay in Kardjali. Nothing exceptional but very good service. Rooms are quiet and bed very comfortable. Parking available. And swimming pool, unfortunately empty at this time

Hotel is ok staff r helpful and friendly. Food is good and cheap just it takes so long 2 get there 4 hours from sofia on coach. Pool is good life guard is a good man. But 1 out of 10 people speak english

My room probably looked like when the hotel was new. Everything was well maintained. Biggest trouble for me was the key to the room which requires some effort to function

🏧 We had an 8 hour journey with a bus from Varna, and it was nice that the check-in was fast because we were tired and wanted to go in our rooms as quickly as possible. 🚍 Overall, it was a great experience

At night, some strange noises occurred, and the LOCKED door opened by itself. 😱 On the other hand, the breakfast was filling and really enjoyable. 🥞 The staff is friendly and helpful

Very central place in Kardjali. The hotel has been recently renovated. From your room, you can hear the city hall's carillon, one of the major attraction of the city.

The owner is rough but with a heart of gold. His sons help out with the restaurant. Everything is clean and the food at the restaurant is amazing and here is the best trout I have ever eaten. 10/10 would come again.

He helped us park the car, which is not easy, given the narrow street. The restaurant was not open, but the host directed us to a nearby restaurant with delicious food at a good price

The room is large, equipped with a wardrobe, cabinets, table, dressing table, chairs. The bathroom /bathroom and toilet/ is not small. Check-in is friendly and quick

The hotel is situated a bit far from the lift but there is bus every hour from hotel to the lift. Food was good and the apartment we stayed was very nice. The pool wasn't that clear but the sauna was OK

This hotel is in the mountains far away from anything (need a car). But to us, that's what made it special. The receptionist was incredibly sweet. The room was large and beautifully decorated with a mountain lodge vibe

The hotel itself doesn't offer it, so you have to go to the garden BBQ, which is still part of the hotel, but there aren't many options. The swimming pool was kinda dirty

It has a pool with not so warm water, a gym and sauna and Turkish bath. Furniture is ok and most staff are friendly. Was hard to find a parking place sometimes. Location is a bit remote for me

Hotel Mursalitsa is really great. We were a family group of 5 people and had nice time. The Spa facilities are amazing and perfect for a relax after all day of skiing

The food in the restaurant is delicious, it's not cheap, more like eating in a restaurant in the capital. The rooms were okay, there is 25 lev/night additional tax for bringing a pet

This is an oasis in the Forrest! The rooms are huge, so comfortable and peaceful. The staff are very helpful and speak English well, and the surroundings are just stunning.

Nothing beats Pamporovo after a good snowfall. Hotel is right next to the ski slopes. Amazing experience.

No chance to leave through balconies as its 8 stories. In the room all walls are plasterboard. Outside building covered with wood. Only electric portable heaters in rooms and eventually very high risk of fire

Another issue was that they stopped bringing out fresh food by 7:40–8:00 PM, even though dinner is supposed to be served until 9:00 PM. One of the biggest disappointments for a 5-star hotel was the heating system

I did ask if they had a microwave but the girl just pointed to the kitchen and said cooker? Also they need to invest in a bigger toaster. A two slice toaster really isn't big enough

You can get to Orlovetz hotel, Neptune and Glamour Chalet restaurants, and vintage bowling alley without going outside, there are underground passages through the hotel which is cool! We found the staff to be very friendly and happy to help, Bulgarians can come across as more direct to British customs of politeness (pleases and thank yous etc), but don’t be put off by the more direct communication...

The food variety and quality was excellent, spa was exceptional and general quality of the hotel and rooms was amazing value for money. The icing in the cake was the bowling facility which we discovered on the last day

Yes breakfast was mostly the same each day but had lots of variety and we never found it running out and the staff would remove items that had been sat out a while and replace
