Advel Guest House is located in Madzhare village, which makes it ideal location to enjoy both calm mountain and ski slopes of Borovets, Malyovitsa and Govedartsi. The hotel was lacking in atmosphere and for us to far from town needed shuttle bus or taxi. Rooms were spacious and clean albeit a little dated. The pool and spa were very nice with plenty of options. We had a half board option breakfasts very good evening meals a little repetitive but tasty and staff great. This hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of value for money! A really lovely hotel with a fantastic spa, surroundings and really good food. As it was located out of town it felt like a retreat and has one of the best ski slopes in the resort which is only 5 minutes walk away.

Very good cuisine. Dinner was excellent. Waitress was very polite and caring. They even cooked out of the menu for our vegetarian friends. Region is known for its tasty potatoes and definitely you can find them there. Owner of the hotel came personally to ask and make sure we are satisfied with our stay.

Had a reallY nice stay here! It was close to the end of the season so felt like we were the only guests there! But this meant we were really well looked after. The curtains aren’t big enough for the windows so we had to use the bed spread. The room was massive but only had 1 chair for 4 of us. The food was ok but very salty.
