Malyovitsa Hotel has a stunning view, a welcoming atmosphere and it's kids-friendly, with efforts to improve the place. However, the jacuzzi is dirty, with visible mold, and the kitchen is probably the worst I’ve ever experienced - low-quality food at high prices, completely ruining the experience. It’s great disappointing because the beautiful surroundings and improvements deserve better.

The location of the hotel is exceptional and very convenient. Travel time from Sofia is less than 90 min and it's great that there is onsite parking. The temperature in the hotel and the room was perfect to get warm and feel cozy. The food was delicious.

Very good cuisine. Dinner was excellent. Waitress was very polite and caring. They even cooked out of the menu for our vegetarian friends. Region is known for its tasty potatoes and definitely you can find them there. Owner of the hotel came personally to ask and make sure we are satisfied with our stay.

The place is great, always warm and welcoming. Owners always make you feel at home, there is no too small or too big request for them.

Ideally placed next to the slopes in the forest to stop of a drink or lunch but really spoilt by loud music blasting out - why do these places do it. I am sure that the music is not for the customers - more likely the staff. Winter holidays with children. Only negative. Lots of people, and zero adjustments. The sauna is open until 9 o'clock and of course after skiing it is packed, and after dinner it is closed. The pool and sauna close early. The hotel is on the mountain and THERE IS JUST NOWHERE TO EAT The room service closes BEFORE 22.00 Teenagers, children who do not go to bed early, there is simply nowhere to eat....

Chalet was very cosy and met most of our expectations, however the sauna broke down during our visit. It was quickly fixed the following day, but it was too late. This is a really great hotel, I started 4th-11th of March. Was still plenty of snow in Borovets and the slopes were great for a beginner like myself. I stayed in this hotel, which is just outside of town (25m walk). It has a free shuttle in the morning/afternoons running roughly every half hour. Everything is excellent. Thank you to the hosts for the perfect service! We had to stay in Samokov for an emergency one night and thanks to Diltsvet we had the opportunity to have a wonderful time. Just a small remark, more of an information. The house does not have a kitchen and meals have to be taken outside. But there are great restaurants nearby, that's right, it's not a problem.

I traveled with my family with a reservation via Booking. As Diltzvet didn't receive information that we are traveling with a kid, they offered single beds. Overall, a nice and quiet place, near lots of tavernas and only 10 min drive from the winter resort.

Clean rooms and good location - next tot the sport hall, on the vank of the river and in the middle of sport playgrounds. It's not a fancy hotel but you can spend some time here without hesitation

It is a good 3 star hotel, the rooms are ok, but nothing fancy, basic but good breakfast, but the best thing was the relaxing zone, the saunas, the pool, super nice and clean.

It's a great hotel back to back with the sports complex. The rooms are a bit dated but the friendly staff and great location make up for it. 2 things to note are the great breakfast buffet that is included and the SPA with a large indoor swimming pool. Recommended!

Travelled start of February for ski trip with my boyfriend. The mini bus transport to Borovets ski resort was amazing, it came very regularly and we have no complaints with that- it was amazing. We stayed in the Flora daisy for two nights. The room was spacious and clean and was cleaned every day. There's a small kitchen to use and a bathroom with everything you'll need. The service was pleasant and helpful, we even checked in earlier then regular time.

We stayed here as we hiked Peak Musala over the weekend. Great location to do so. The area (like neighborhood) is under construction so it was a bit difficult to find it and even if we were lucky to park the car in a good place, others seemed to struggle finding a proper space to do so.

We had a lovely time eating at Green King! Peter’s service was fantastic - he walked us full the full menu highlight dishes for my friends who are vegetarian and have nut and dairy allergies which was really appreciated. The food was also delicious - definitely recommend the garlic sautéed potatoes!

We stayed at Hotel Edelweiss for 5 nights when we came skiing. We had a brilliant experience the welcome was great despite it being 1am. The room was comfortable and warm. In general service was OK but one thing anoyed us very much when paying the final bill. We were charged around 44 euro for 24 nespresso capsules. We assumed they were for free as a service, like in all other hotels we stayed. Very disappointing.

Location is amazing - slopes are a few houndred meters away. Villas are with comfortable space and cozy holiday-environment. Great heating. Service is great and heartwarming - really nice people, they guide you and introduce you to everything in the city. For breakfast they offer all kinds of meals. You can even order something costum. I can only share my opinion about the restaurant as I have not been staying at the hotel itself. The food is amazing. We had the absolute best time here last week. We had a junior sweet with large balcony. Room equipped with toiletries, dressing gown, slippers. The hotel does have old decor but that gives it a very cosy feel. All staff polite, smiling and welcoming, food amazing, ski hire below hotel. Mixed review. Lovely staff and breakfast great. Bedroom was supposed to be a junior suite with balcony but balcony tiny. Mattress was ancient and sagged badly. Housekeeping did get us a topper. Spa was lovely and pool.

We always enjoy the uniqueness of the place. Its location is great and the facilities are also good. We noticed an obvious uplift in food quality this year.

We had a fantastic week in Borovets staying here. Our room was big and comfortable, the hotel was quiet but we appreciated that after a day skiing and plenty of breakfast choices every morning. Lovely bar area with nice cocktails, we had dinner in the restaurant which was authentic Bulgarian food and the Spa was great.
