We had a very nice stay at this property.The staff was extremely polite the food was delicious and typical for the region.

The water was a bit cold, but the view from the pool is great and the reastaurant is just a few steps away! Prices are reasonable. A bit chalenging to get there because it is out of the town and on a hill.

We liked the area and the hotel was good in general. There was swimming pool and very good SPA complex. The staff is very friendly. The only minus is the bathroom. The toilet was broken - water was coming out after every flush. We stayed 3 days and wasn't fixed.

Very nice and quite. Rooms are comfortable and big. Spa is small but nice and clean. Food was very good, and restaurant stuff was very friendly and very professional. Views are spectacular from this hotel. We are staying in the modern apartment, which is very comfortable. Spa facilities are really well looked after and the food is amazing. You don't need anything else during your stay. I'd also suggest heading out on foot north, where you can get an even better view of the scenary.

I'm here right now. We are in the big apartment. There is NO cleaner and cozy place. Clean air, quiet, peaceful, maintained yard, uniquely clean rooms and bathroom. The kitchen is clean and extremely equipped.

The station is overhauled, the nature of the property is great. The staff is also at a level that excludes the manager who does not know where he is and spoils the otherwise great feeling from this nice place.

It's like a high school dorm - old but clean. The pool is very clean and has a water heating system. It is also suitable for cooler spring or fall days because the water in the pool is warm. The kitchen is very tasty. There is a wonderful panoramic view.

It was a mostly peaceful experience staying here. Just be prepared to deal with wasps wanting to share your food, if you plan to take your meals at the outdoor area of the restaurant. A good place to stay if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Calm quiet place, and a lake with ducks in the yard! You forget about stress. The cleanest place, I've never seen such efforts in cleaning! Two pools, a bit colder than I like, especially for kids. The view is awesome!

Can't really say much, as I only passed by, but the place did look closed.

We were taken here as part of a Viking River Cruise on shore excursion, and used this location as a coffee/tea/water and restroom stop while travelling. This is a fake castle (Schloss) building that look as if it is used for lunch and dinner type events. The outside grounds were very nice though with gardens etc.

Hotel has potential to be rated higher if they focus more on the rooms. Beds were not comfortable, carpet was filthy and the a/c suck other than that, breakfast/restaurant was great and the staff was very helpful and courteous. 5-6 Lev taxi drive to the Tsarevets fortress!

Very clean. The pool was nice in the hot summer. The view from our balcony was stunning. The kitchen only offered breakfast. You should consider going out for lunch and dinner. As a compensation you get a discount in a nearby restaurant.

Very nice place, very clean and comfortable. It has an undergound private parking place, which ia great. It is 1 km away from the old town, but that is a great walk, giving you the chance to admire the view. It ia near the Tsarevets Fortress.

A peaceful village, close to Veliko Tarnovo, and a lovely experience. Although there is certainly space for development, particularly in the rooms, the location has a lovely, relaxing ambiance.

We have visited the Restaurant. The Food was very delicious. The area outside is convenient for Children. There is many Peacocks and other Birds and Animals. It's very funny 🙂. Front of the Restaurant is available big Car Parking for the Clients. Everything is perfect for some special ocoushans or simple for Lunch or Dinner with Friends or Family.

Rooms are old, got a very uncomfortable smelling. Air conditioning systems are old, partially not functional and smells bad as well. Everything else was fine. Ish. We used to stay here every year, but investments are probably inexistent and the place gets old. Probably this was the last year here.

The hotel is good, camera is clean and nice. The atmosphere is fresh and relaxed. The restaurant however is a different problem. I don't know who is handling the restaurant but the staff there looks like they wish they didn't work there.

It îs a very inpired combination of style, arhitecture, atmosphere and traditional. It îs kind of place were you come for something different. Beside the location itself the cuisine must be tested, there îs a big diversity of dishes, served well, quick, friendly, at decent prices, making everything just perfect.

Great View, But Service Fell Short. The view of Veliko Tarnovo from the hotel is stunning, definitely the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, the room itself was standard, there's nothing special and the sound insulation was poor. Waiters should be more attentive to guest's needs. Since last year, the menu became very basic with only very few bulgarian dishes. They count more for the view than for the food quality.

A location with a wonderful view and a lot of things to do: spa, ping-pong, pool. Very nice serving with good food and dancing music. The breakfast is the same every day, but you can work with it. The cofee not so good at breakfast, but you can buy good coffee at the bar.

The room... The bathroom was a disaster. The shower head is needing replacing. The toilet flusher fell off the wall. The toilet seat rocks and rolls which is great if you like to do a bum dance while doing your business. The sink basin has nothing to prevent you losing your ring down. Let’s face it the hotel needs updating but the economy in the region doesn’t allow it. The rooms are comfortable and clean the people are accommodating and friendly. The location is perfect great views and walking distance to everything.

Nothing too fancy, I was happy with their service, interior and location, had a nice short stay there. The only downside was that they've only told us that we'll have to pay extra for a pet barely an hour before we arrived (we were already on the way). Had we known in advance, we could have made arrangements to either leave her home or to include this expense in our budget in advance.
