Not so bad, not so good. Economy rooms, very Economy breakfast in general if you going to stay for a night it is OK. Location is good, rooms are clean but very small.

Lovely restaurant staff. Beautiful room although slightly dustier in some detail places.

Budget accommodation close to V. Tyrnovo. Rooms are small and clean. Very acceptable for offered price.

Very friendly and helpful staff, spacious, neat and clean rooms. Shame we couldn't try much of the facilities due to lack of time. Overall one of the better places to stay in the Tarnovo region, price/quality perhaps the best! We'll be back for sure.

Friendly staff. The room is ok, there was some problem with the hot water, probably because the hotel was full when I was there.

Nice hotel with very good location and private parking. It is located in the center and near by it are restorants and super markets. Some of the rooms are quite big and very cosy. Unfortunately the isolation of the windows is not very good and some of rooms are quite noisy. The breakfast should be also better.

Very peaceful location. We got upgraded to a studio room and we got a great view and balcony. Room had air conditioning, which was much needed! Staff was very friendly.

Lovely house,gardens, and covered area. Sort of place you could stay for a few days and not go out. Peaceful and only 7 km from Veliko Tarnovo. 10 min walk to restaurants.

Not a bad one! We stopped by for a fast lunch. Good atmosphere, available parking line, nice hotel in general. Later also our meals were very good and wonderful presented. They have also good choice of Bulgarian rakia and wines. Maybe just a little bit more expensive than rest of the places in region. Enjoy!

The place is easy to find. First impressions are good, the house looks wonderful from the outside. However, the interior is not maintained properly and the furniture is worn out. We were passing in Arbanasi village and we wanted to drink a coffee. They served us very quickly and a very good coffee. From what I saw the yard was amazing, clean and perfect kept. I definitely would come back for a full experience in this lovely place.

We came here for lunch and we were very pleasantly surprised by the spacious courtyard and the peaceful atmosphere. The food is tasty, we recommend the cheesecake. We will definitely revisit this spot in the future if we're in the area. We think this establishment is really well suited for larger groups and families.

Our stay at the complex was lovely. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The complex itself is quite a few km from Tarnovo, Arbanashki is a close walk, with quaint houses and a few restaurants and other hotels/resorts. Within a few mins drive are some lovely spots to drive or walk to.... some monetaries as well. Veliko Tarnovo is a few min drive, parking there is a headache...

Great accommodation choice in the area. We stayed once in the Villa, which has magnificent views and a nice pool and once at the Han itself. Very quiet, great for small children. Very good breakfast. Nicely furnished rooms and very clean. Restaurant staff could be better, but we managed to understand each other. All in all, I would return and I recommend it.

Great place!Loved the gardens.The rooms were clean and bright.The food was delightful and there is enough space and playgrounds for kids.We had no time for the pool, but will come once more for it soon. There were enough parking spaces.

Very clean. The pool was nice in the hot summer. The view from our balcony was stunning. The kitchen only offered breakfast. You should consider going out for lunch and dinner. As a compensation you get a discount in a nearby restaurant.

Can't really say much, as I only passed by, but the place did look closed.

We were taken here as part of a Viking River Cruise on shore excursion, and used this location as a coffee/tea/water and restroom stop while travelling. This is a fake castle (Schloss) building that look as if it is used for lunch and dinner type events. The outside grounds were very nice though with gardens etc.

Hotel has potential to be rated higher if they focus more on the rooms. Beds were not comfortable, carpet was filthy and the a/c suck other than that, breakfast/restaurant was great and the staff was very helpful and courteous. 5-6 Lev taxi drive to the Tsarevets fortress!

The hotel is good, camera is clean and nice. The atmosphere is fresh and relaxed. The restaurant however is a different problem. I don't know who is handling the restaurant but the staff there looks like they wish they didn't work there.

It îs a very inpired combination of style, arhitecture, atmosphere and traditional. It îs kind of place were you come for something different. Beside the location itself the cuisine must be tested, there îs a big diversity of dishes, served well, quick, friendly, at decent prices, making everything just perfect.

A peaceful village, close to Veliko Tarnovo, and a lovely experience. Although there is certainly space for development, particularly in the rooms, the location has a lovely, relaxing ambiance.

We have visited the Restaurant. The Food was very delicious. The area outside is convenient for Children. There is many Peacocks and other Birds and Animals. It's very funny 🙂. Front of the Restaurant is available big Car Parking for the Clients. Everything is perfect for some special ocoushans or simple for Lunch or Dinner with Friends or Family.

Rooms are old, got a very uncomfortable smelling. Air conditioning systems are old, partially not functional and smells bad as well. Everything else was fine. Ish. We used to stay here every year, but investments are probably inexistent and the place gets old. Probably this was the last year here.

Place is amazing. Building itself is very interesting, rooms are great , amazing views. In general whole building seems to need some renovation as it is old. Also food was very basic, breakfast food was cold.

Ideal location in the center of Arbanassi, just a few meters from the Church of the Nativity, all amenities for relaxation, peace and quiet, fresh air, wonderful hospitable hostess. Possibility for parking.

The location and view are absolutely magnificent. The complex has a super potential; plenty of space, good facilities, restaurants with good food, terraces, fun and relaxation. But... In the meantime, only the price is at the potential level, with the rest lagging behind. The hotel is rather a very large and outdated guesthouse. I don't know how the newer buildings look lime inside, but the main ones...

Great View, But Service Fell Short. The view of Veliko Tarnovo from the hotel is stunning, definitely the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, the room itself was standard, there's nothing special and the sound insulation was poor. We could hear guests in the hallway and neighboring rooms, and some people smoked and talked loudly on their balconies well past midnight. At one point, we even smelled...

Waiters should be more attentive to guest's needs. Since last year, the menu became very basic with only very few bulgarian dishes. They count more for the view than for the food quality.

A location with a wonderful view and a lot of things to do: spa, ping-pong, pool. Very nice serving with good food and dancing music. The breakfast is the same every day, but you can work with it. The cofee not so good at breakfast, but you can buy good coffee at the bar.

Quiet place with a beautiful view and the staff was wonderful!!!! I warmly recommend this place. We ate a delicious pizza and a nice cappuccino.

The host is an extraordinary woman. We booked 1 night through Booking, and when we arrived we decided to stay one more night and we expected her to check us out, but she said "No problem". The first morning we had free breakfast through genius, and the second we expected to pay but it was still free. It is quiet, clean, beautiful surroundings. We are satisfied! Also we was with our dog.

It's placed on the edge of the serpentine road. In the night time Veliko Tarnovo lights up the view, while in the daytime you can see it from an isometric view. The room was nice and spacious. We had the posibility to cook in a large pot in the garden. It was somehow funny, somehow unpleasing that we had a hole in the door.

Perfect service! The food on New years Eve was very delicious! I really liked the room I stayed at. On the 1st we had a big brunch with lots of fruit, an English breakfastand a variaty of juices! The hosts were kind and helpful. I recommend this place and I'm looking forward going there again!
